You aren't even given a choice of when to upgrade to a new un-upgraded car anymore. You just kind of have to deal with being gimped once you get to the next level. Make sure you grind up money -before- finishing the level now, I guess.
Posted on the game's authors profile just yesterday: "Desalzes - Hey I sent you a screenshot of the 5 star rating and never got that chest, it was supposed to come on 9/1 :c" http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=6zrpyw&s=8
Sounds like the author is trying to buy 5/5 ratings now instead of fixing the game. Wonder what the actual rating is supposed to be?
Probably should've switched blue and purple on the damage color wheel. That way, it would actually resemble a normal color wheel and be easily remembered (for non-colorblind people at least).
Just spent 5 minutes not knowing what to do. Loaded up a youtube video of this. Turns out that no fish had spawned when I started, and I needed to reload the game to do anything at all...
Welcome to our new gameshow, fix or die, where we lock YOU, a normal everyday repairman, in some random person's home, have you fix the problems with their house and then find a way out using only two items of your choosing that you have brought along with you and the various other items you can find within the house. Will you come out $1000 richer? Or will you die?
The later missions requiring plants are lame. The first few are okay, but I shouldn't have to destroy blocks of rooms just to make room for shrubbery. The fact that you also lose any of those accumulated levels on them is just extra bad.
Yesterday in the comments (march 7) someone claimed the rating for this was 4.43 . Today (march 8), it's 4.31 . I'd be willing to bet money that, based on the rating tanking as it is after being featured on the homepage, their rating was artificially inflated, either by Kongregate through a deal or by fake accounts tied to the developers of the game, either directly or indirectly.
You should consider shrinking down the gui size so that there is more space to click, and allowing wasd scrolling while holding two keys at a time (going diagonal). That, and fixing the imbalance where only one of my creatures at a time can fight one enemy, but they can mob whichever creature is at the front almost every time upon entering a room.
it's a good saying. that's fixed in the next version
