Honestly, I don't see why you would charge 15$ for a game that wouldn't last even a day or two for most people. Also, the gameplay got a little repetitive after awhile.
I think I found out what causes the bug that causes your units to be fired even though you have enough money to pay them. When an 'area' doesn't have enough money to pay its units, it seems that it fires all units it can't pay for that were on it's land as of the turn BEFORE. So, for example, if you take over an enemy tile with a judge, odds are that if you don't completely take over the whole area you will lose your judge the next turn.
There's only two real problems with this.
1: You don't specify the button that shoots fireballs in the instructions along with all of the other buttons.
2: It really needs a way to lessen the quality. I'm not sure if it's because of my computers lower specs or not, but the game suffers from short lag spikes every minute or so.
The speed in a battle is way too slow. I typed ad posted this whole comment at the beginning of a battle, and my guys still haven't moved all the way to the enemy yet.
For all the people screaming "ad bages plz!!!1!", the redone version does have badges, so this one never will. http://www.kongregate.com/games/larsiusprime/super-energy-apocalypse-recycled
Level 2 Radar + Level 4 Fuel Sucker + Improved Fuel Tank = Instawin in story mode. Seriously, the radar is way too overpowered compared to the one in the first hedgehog launch. You can see much further with the one in this version.
Make a fourth, using hexagon's. Most of the complaints have been that having 3 possible points of connection makes it really boring, and I would have to agree. So, why not go in the opposite direction? It will still be just another rehashing of the first LoZ, but at least it will be worth playing more than a minute.
