Even if progress can be regained by refreshing after ninja kiwi's server is back up, that shouldn't be an issue. We don't play flash games to be met with DRM that kills our progress in a single player game.
Completely justifiable 1-star rating for a working game right here. I'm curious, what happens to all of those players who actually paid for any content when their account gets wiped?
"for a sequel, i'd like to see maybe different stats for each color" How about they all start off as the same basic stats, but then slowly evolve over various generations? Then you can introduce a population at whatever stats you would like. Have them be tied to a team number too, so that you aren't limited by the few colors that you put in, and they can be whatever color you want. Having the border color changeable from black could also help distinguish/customize the species.
Hehe, was going into a later fight in chapter two with the librarian on hard mode with very low health. I landed a defensive stance the first turn at 100%, then a heal on 100% the next turn. FULL HEAL!!!
This game seriously needs a display for either the current cooldown (based on spirit, preferred) or the relative cooldown (base cooldown) of spells in the inventory screen. That way, I can better tell at a glance whether or not a spell is worth swapping out, without having to even try it. Also, while we are at it lets add in damage.
So, after I've set the graphics quality to low (you know, so the action is fast paced enough that I can't just juggle a whole row of items on a conveyor belt as I make room for them with me being on my low CPU laptop and all), the game still feels that it is necessary to auto set my quality to normal at the start of every level. You get 1 star just for that.
"I’ll add API and unlock the Paladin Class if the game gets a rating 3.8+." I gave you a 1, for general douchebaggery. If you want a higher rating, put the additional stuff in, and earn the rating.
It's kind of gay that to play user made levels, we have to: 1. Go to another site. 2. Wait for an advertisement to run. 3. Wait for the game to load (again).
Get rid of the constant laser weapons please, or at least make them less CPU intensive. I switched to minimal settings, and groups of enemies that had a constant healing laser still lagged me out. Eventually, it even crashed flash.
LOL. Messing around with scissor towers after having a lot of gold left over using railguns. Apparently, a tower with thousands of dollars worth of upgrades put into it is only worth a few hundred.
A railgun hits a single object more than once in a single shot? I was killing creeps with 12 hp, and regen, in one hit with a tower that supposedly has a power of 5. I would really love to try out some of these other towers, but right now it seems like I'm gimping myself by not using railguns.
Watching my basic towers fire at creeps, and not hit any on wave 2. Upgrades' prices scale way too fast. Attacked a creep with 4 hp with a tower that had 4 power, creep lost it's hp bar but it still lived (once again, wave 2). Did you even bother testing out this game yourself?
