I remember when devs actually gave a crap about little things like "reputation" and "playability". Kong is going to start to have a list you can put idiots like this on so you instantly know to avoid them in the future.
Hm...you could at least steal a game that wasn't already stolen. http://www.kongregate.com/games/thietface/canyon-defense?acomplete=canyon Come on, be original in your thievery!
ooh! More levels! Glad to see the new version! The only thing I've noticed is the upgrade button isn't working as reliably as it did in the test. Other than that, love the new maps, everything else is streamlined and working beautifully!
Not bad, but your target priority needs a lot of work. When the towers are consistently letting the almost dead through to target higher health creeps...ugh. 2/5
Well...I like the concept and the gameplay, there's just not much to it yet, is there? Definitely needs more maps, more tower types, and a campaign for single player wouldn't be a bad idea. Upgrades for minions would be nice but not necessary. Not rating yet to see what you guys do with it.
Very poor game. The first three letters I got were "PTE", and every single one of those are of Greek derivative and for the most part are extremely obscure scientific terms. Still, I got six or seven, then time ran out and the game was over. I tried again. "CAB", much better. I got many of those, time ran out, and then I could just keep entering words that started with "CAB". Is this a one shot deal per game? You get three letters and that's it? What's the purpose? 1/5
Found two glitches. 1. When you restart a level, nothing builds. 2. When you sell a tower, the popup to place a new tower is huge and goes off the screen so you can't build anything new there.
Love the game, the crawling skeletons cracked me right up. The graphics are wonderful, and I like the play. The only complaint I have is the upgrade system. It takes up the whole screen without pausing, and if you have a full screen of towers, there's no indicator I can see that a tower is ready to level. Having them glow or something when they have an upgrade point would be great, as of now, you have to individually click each tower to see if they're ready if you miss the small "Level Up" text. That's really the only criticism I have! 4/5, want moar nao!
Sorry, couldn't even make it through the stupid banter in the tutorial without getting mind-numbingly bored. Between that and the severe pathing issues, I don't think this game is for me.
Wow, the improvements you've made are awesome! The only real suggestion I have left is to make it easier to tell when you've upgraded a tower, change the color of the range indicator or some such. Other than that, it runs beautifully now. Now get to work on that campaign! ;)
I like the idea of the inmates being able to climb the fences and so forth, but there were several levels I got no money for killing inmates, placement of the towers is bizarre, and it ramps up very quickly with inmates having explosives on the second wave of the first level, when you have barely any defenses in place, and no way to replace the ones you do have. Needs work, but has potential.
