can we get a confirm on the reroll for 99 gems button. I think ive accidently hit it a number of times. The last one being when i had 100% chance of getting the BP reward, the screen came up and i must have accidentally hit the reroll and surprise i got the BP.
I would rather like to change the UI somehow, that makes it less likely that you accidently click it at all. It is intended that the button is prominent on the screen, but I wonder why for example players don't accidentally click the skip reset or start boost buttons (please let me know when this happened to someone).
I will try to improve this with one of the next updates.
@masterofchi, a more consistent feature would be to allow shift/ctrl to multi buy vendors. that way its more inline with rebuying research afer reincarnation
@RevelBase, Thanks for the replacement of my achievements. Since i didnt actually lose my workshop level or blueprints i have been continuing on with my game and i am further than i was last week. with that in mind I would prefer not to have my whole game replaced, just getting the achievements was more than i expected. Thank you very much :)
@maydayp, it is designed that way. conseuctive missions in same reset/town will repeat the resources with increasing numbers. This is actually a good thing as it means you can focus your workshop a little towards what the mission is for that town rather than stock piling everthing in hope that the next mission will be that
@maydayp, are you talking about over multiple resets or within the same reset and just completing multiple missions. If the latter for the entire reset you will always get the same set of resources for the missions.
Lore packs show up or will show up in the advanced packs and any special/event packs. You will find mostly Small Lore Packs in them, but there is a chance for bigger ones too.
with the last update: "Tweaked the premium items you can get from blueprint packs. You can get lore packs from them as well". Which blueprint packs do lore packs show up in and how rare are they?
Hi, the other day i hit a bug where my workshop pretty much reset itself. All i kept was my level and blueprints. That meant i lost all achievements based on days played, event medals, vendors and research aswell as all autocast setup and layout. Most that im not bothered about as it can be regained easily but days played and event medals are a pain. Is there any way to restore them (i was 42d played and 9 medals)
I checked the logs and found the reason for it. It seems you've manually overridden the server savegame with a new one. There is a popup that asks you, if you want to do this when you started the game as guest (without being logged in Kongregate), but then login later. The good thing is, that the old state is saved before the save is replaced. I already changed/added the loyalty and event medals achievements. Let me know, when you want me to replace your current/new save completely with the save from last week.
@Deathzwei, ahh i forgot about boosters and that they applied to event. Makes sense now. On the topic of boosters, do they stack? for example if you have offline production and vendor will you get the vendor price increase with offline production?
how do people have level 50+ in the event already? if im not mistaken your acheivements dont go towards event workshop so we should all be equal in power so i just dont get it. I havnt really been trying too hard and im 18 and with more effort i can see where i could get like 25-30, but 50 is a huge leap
"Tweaked the likelihood of gem drops from resets. The more resets you do per day, the less likely are gem rewards"... i can see why this was added to stop people farming gems. But can it be changed to be less likely based on actual resets where you got gems. I think its a little unfair then you get less and less chances of gems despite not even getting them in the first place
Thanks for the feedback. I thought about this, but it would have been more complicated to implement compared to the current solution. There will probably be more tweaks (like in the update today) and I will keep this idea in mind.
@cybermesh0, you say sudden change but it always had a 2 stage process atleast for the expedition part. it used to have the reset button and then an Accept (or reroll) button. Reset itself didnt have this but that was because it was one reward only and thus no need for reroll. New system combines reset and 'start expedition' buttons with a reward chance greater than just lore so the 2 stage is needed. Whilst i accept that it is annoying and an auto accept would be nice to reduce it to one its currently the only place you can see your actual reward you got and chance to reroll. Putting a timer on it would mean that the people who forget to actually click the 2nd screen would never actually see what they got out of the reset.
@joro26, you can slide the min/max markers so that you can ensure lore no matter how many points you have. so you can choose between lore or better rewards
@HakarKerarmor, still not seeing the problem. If it spends then you are going to earn it back quick enough anyway thats its not fustrating. If idle then it doesnt really matter as either cost will go beyond what you can reach and it wont buy anymore thus you hit your max points for run rather than an arbitary number, or you will buy all the coal you have set to autobuy. if active then just bring up the reset window, it already pauses all autobuying. i just dont see the value of a setting that you will almost always have to tweak to keep it in use
would it be possible to get some faint lines added to the rewards bar to indicate the 'points' division. So you could count how many more points you would need to push inorder to get a better reward. Or is it not divided up in a way that would make it possible
Thanks for the suggestion. It should be possible in theory, but probably only as a static graphic. I'm considering it, but I don't see it as a high priority.
is there any kind of level threshold to determine what pack is in rewards or is it random. For example if based on workshop level maybe 1-16 shows basic pack, 16-30 shows intermediate. Or perhaps its based on mission level?
im just curios as ive nt yet seen a jewelry one and wondering if there is a way to better my chances
The level is considered, but it's also random. Higher levels in general mean more advanced blueprints and more expensive pack tokens. For the new tokens and event blueprints you should search at level 60+.
