I developped weapons, nuclear bombs, poisons, a full economy with copyrights, money, work, as well as all the seven sins... And then, I created the house. Interesting...
I enjoyed this game a lot. Sure, the controls were akwards, wish there was an option for using Arrows instead of WASD, thought I did get used to it after a little while. The levels were intuitive enough (glad there wasn't any intensive puzzles requiring lot of portals) and most of them were fun, especially after I got the Red boost. The last two bosses should be different than the first one thought, they were easy because I already knew how to beat them from the first boss.
"You owe me 5/5 for such a great gift" 1/5 for bribing >:O. Joke aside, that's a nice game! I think this is THE game where rolling a grenade into another room is the most efficient, and that's something that I just love doing!
Music in an idle game is usually a bad idea. You keep running this in the background for days, if there's music playing, you're gonna be annoyed very quickly since it will always be the same.
That's some particular families we have right there. Rockstars? Mad scientists? Assassins? Even families that throws rocks at your windows as soon as you move there? That's some crazy neighborhood
Wrong. Gold was implemented in the last update. Colino wanted us to have gold to spend as soon as he would make the Shop update, which would have been the next one, but, as we all know it, he have now been away for more than two months.
Quite a great game, not too hard, not too easy, but tricky ennough! I'd say that the only lacking thing would be a level editor, I'm sure some people could create some harder stages.
So the music that played by a mod? I was wondering where the hell it came from. I thought I was affected by a virus since none of my other tabs stopped the music when refreshed!
I doubt Colino would abandon the game like that. From what I was reading before the blog, he was very enthousiast about making the game and other stuff. If he hasn't been back within the week, it's most likely because he has more stuff that prevent him from coming back. Just wait and eventually, he'll be back.
@pacmanlow2: If you want the game to last, the the Monk is a better choice. The priest is a good character, he can get to higher areas fast, while the Monk need to get most of his levels in low level areas due to his low starting stats.
M'kay, true, my mistake, soldier also has the most HP. Usually, 5 HP is equivalent to 1 point of any other stats, however, when HP is checked, it requires 10 less or so after divided by 5. Dividing the soldier base HP, it gives 18, which seemed average. But well, HP is the least checked stat, so that doesn't give a big advantage :|.
Some monsters in the Plains require either DEF or EVD. Soldiers have horrible of both, but have high STR and average HP. If at level 7, you are not able to kill Bluejay, then you have been quite unlucky in your HP gains. Anyway, I lol at everyone who rated down my analysis.
Well, I don't know, I don't even know what class you are, and don't even know which class is strong ennough to kill a hell knight that low. But I know that there are two kinds of Hell Knights, so it's not "only 1 in a row", but that you can only kill one of the two Hell Knights. Anyway, that would mean that your STR, DEF or EVD are very high (70-74 for EVD if you can't kill the second one), but your other stats are too low to kill certain monsters in Pandora Plains. I would say that's the main problems of some classes, they only have one or two big stats, thus they can kill some monsters further, but they can only idle in the beginning areas.
It happens because you have a high ennough STR and EVD to kill all the monsters in Golem's cave, but not high ennough DEF and HP to kill Pandora Plain's boss. Amirite?
Nowadays, copying WoW is a game where the battle system is target a creature and attack. In that sense, almost 80% of the existing MMOs are a copy of WoW, and this game would also be a copy.
I fail to see how people are liking it a lot. To me, everything is really basic stuff, there aren't even battle animations. The target system is really messy too, when you see someone in trouble (attacked by 3 mobs, in example), you can't really help him, the monsters stack on each others with the one he's attacking on top, and even if you manage to attack one of his monster, it won't change target and make the other person unable to attack it.
