So, after figuring it out for a while, I found it actually requires some good strategy, which makes me think this game is good as well. I won through carefully selecting which blocks are connected to each other and which blocks the opponent is going to connect to. You always have to take over the most rewarding areas and never let him take yours. That's about it. ;) Bad thing is that there's only one level to play and after finishing it a few times, it gets too tedious to play any more.
Sigh, losing on a wave where they continuously spawn on the right side, but never on the left side. I don't really like the randomness you implemented in this game, it's not that fair.
The game *is* paused at the beginning of the game. I don't know why it isn't for you, but it is for me. Also, the stars are possible. I've got 118 out of 125, but I know some others have the stars I miss.
33 slots, 33 losses. Statistics show that this little trick of you is *not* randomized, which means it's a bad thing. And yes, give it a save feature, I'm not going to sit all day long trying to get past the levels.
LOL! I was so happy when I finally got all four of the bonuses and could press space to unleash the ultimate omega thingy! And then I discovered it only applied for exactly one second, because I "changed colour", which negates any bonuses active. How ruined can you make a game? At least I've beaten all of my own scores and stand #1 all-time with 20k. Bah.
Two more inconveniences, which can be solved in a single way. One is that you shouldn't switch colours when one ball of the newly gotten colour is already half of the screen (no way of getting it, messing up your multiplier). The other is that the switching between where the balls are coming from needs a second of rest, not sending them when half of the other balls are not off the screen yet. You can fix them both by giving a pause in between a wave of balls and then both switching colours *and* sides. I hope that won't imbalance the game towards the easy side.
This would be a good game if everything worked as it should. After a few games of playing, my whole game messes up. The switching between colours would only last one tenth of a second, making it impossible to switch, and it seems like every 10 seconds, the balls come from a new direction. Also, most "bonuses" are more negative than they are positive. The yellow one does not only increase your multiplier to 10, it also sets the speed 10 times higher! That basically means you get to catch one or two balls before losing the multiplier (but not the speed!). I don't get the red bonus either, it doesn't heal my mistakes, it only sets my colour to red. Fix those, and it's a better game.
I think you mean the Pizza Psychopath, The_Round_Peg? For the other, you need to unlock 35 customers, not 36. By the way, I kind of like this game, even if it's boring. I'll be going for the hard badges.
I'm not sure what everyone is whining about. Saying "1/5 it sucks" won't help anyone. Saying "omfg didn't get badge -24242424/5" won't help anyone either. The Feedback is there to help you get your badges. This game is pretty well-made and isn't as boring as other people make it seem like. The only problem I have with this game (and a lot of games) is that you shouldn't be able to end up in impossible situations where you *have* to lose a live. But at least this game is short, so you can just replay. Overall, good game.
Yes, I'm a girl and I'm really interested in meeting up with a guy I've never seen before in my entire life.
Oh, crap, I wasn't going to post that at all. I was planning to say something entirely different. Any way, the best thing to do is to battle *all* pirates in hand-to-hand combat until like level 10 (you can beat them all without losing) and keep upgrading your pirates to the maximum. After that, other upgrades. All you have to do in the game itself is to fire one shot at the enemy up from level 3 and you'll gain big bonuses (1000 per level, so don't do this on level 1 and 2, saving ammo grants 2500). From that point on, I'm lost, it takes a full hour to tear down one ship and I'm really not comfortable with the fact that they come down so fast. But at least this is where I maximized my gold and could upgrade to the maximum.
Stop mildly amusing us by referring us to those wacky games and start commenting on the game. To be honest, I really despise referral games. Do you know why? Exactly. Due to everyone spamming links here.
