Sod this, smoking at work is awesome. (At the designed sections of course, lest I irritate someone.)
It is a good way to avoid going berserk and shooting your boss.
I'm guessing that /SPOILER!/ the main character is suffering from DID, and the game will pull a Fight Club on us in part 2. Everything about "Dave" points to this, it's made very obvious that no one except the main character can see or hear him, his looks are also very similar to your avatar's, and he acts too much like an Average Joe to be believable.
After giving my own name, I got a bit taken aback, when I found that the mentor-ghost-mystery friend who looks almost like the main character had the same name. At first I thought this was intentional.
@mastergamer12345 You cannot, unfortunately. You should fry the meats in the order of... well, the orders. It would be great though if you could do it, indeed, or perhaps get the pan off the fire and put it down next to the fireplace so you can use the meat later.
I'd love to live in a town like this, filled of such nice people. For instance, no one robs the place blind, which could be done easily, since the only attendant is away from the cash register 90% of the time. But the nicest person has to be the main character, who not only performs the job of 3 people for paltry amounts of money, but also spends her earnings exclusively on upgrading the shop. Now that's what I call a professional attitude.
It doesn't surpass the original in any respect, but it's also dumbed down ridiculously. One cannot access the map, which is a huge problem. You also can't plan ahead at all, there seems to be no consequences if you get to point X too early or too late. There is no strategy to it whatsoever, there are no choices to speak of apart from what you purchase in the store, and everything that happens is completely random, and the bad things seem to happen way too often. Really, who would be stupid enough to get robbed on three consecutive days?
I'd recommend playing the original.
I'm probably missing something very obvious here, but how do you switch pets? The statue thing at the stables only allows revive, and the other one only helps you hatch the eggs. And agreed, there really should be some sort of evolution, scaled with the pet level. It is a bit weird that the normal blue beetle hatches from an egg right away, just like the baby beetle.
If you do not wish to screw yourself, never ever put stackable (?) materials into the bank. Because they will not stack again. Disregarding the fact that this robs you of one inventory slot, if you have, for example, one stack consisting of four pieces of leather scraps, and one of five, the game won't let you create the armour that requires nine scraps. Very annoying bug, especially with the abysmal drop rates of mats.
haha :) thanks for feedback
