Urmelhelble - double jump by jumping and then jumping again mid-air (obvious), and you can dart (even in air) by tapping left or right twice quickly. Super jumping is done while holding down to squat.
Cannons, certainly. I don't see a platformer being an easy game to sell to the Kongregate community. Just make sure you make the Cannons game unique from all the counterparts. Focus on upgrades, replayability, and watch the difficulty curve with a game like that.
4/5. The game has a lot of great components to it, but it needs more. I'd love to see multiple vehicle to keep the players engaged. The players could upgrade one vehicle to reach the end of a stage to unlock a new stage/vehicle. Tons of potential, and this needs another iteration. Thanks for the game and the fun it brought.
Excellent game. Cute and casual is always great, but I would love to see you do a lot more with it. The flight training needs to be more interactive, as do the races. Plus, there needs to be an incentive to replay the game. I give it 5/5, but you really need to make a sequel that's more in-depth.
I'm enjoying the early levels, and I like that I can replay them to grind, but it bothers me that there's no way to upgrade the initial defense (more starting life, cheaper water cost). So far, 4/5.
Wow. I thought this game was utter crap at first. The beginning is just too confusing. I went to JayIsGames and read the basics, and the game got a ton better. 4/5, but really... redo the beginning of the game.
2/5. It's a great concept of the the old "cannons" and "tanks" games, but it needs refinement to make it current and fun. Maybe upgradeable weapons or increase the length of the visible shot path after losing a round. Don't give up on it, please make a V2.0.
I loved the game up until the boss. It's an excellent use of a simple game with modern upgrades, but the final boss's difficulty spike is game-breaking. It wouldn't be so bad if we could gring for infinite upgrades, but this game requires a more casual final level. 4/5.
4/5. I love the new take, but I don't like the lag (turn down quality as needed!) and I don't like that I can't replay a level to keep going. Ending the game because we didn't meet quota isn't fun. Let us replay to unlock all weapons. Casual gamers need love too.
I like the game, and I love the art style that robotJAM's games have. But I do have to agree with other posters; it needs to be longer. Just as I was getting into it, it was over.
This game received badges solely because the developer included those wretched Kreds. It's a shame that better games were skipped over for this sellout.
