I can't give this enough 1's. You can't see where you're going until you're hitting it. You fall through the ramp for no reason. The game skips forward whenever it feels like. And, of course, the game's nothing new.
Typically with match 3 games, you can at least set yourself up for a 5-in-a-row every now and then by matching the right pieces. With this, the computer's arbitrary random moves prevent any chance of that! It's even more luck based than most!
VERY confusing when the (bad guy) told me to jump into the light for (the bad ending) AFTER I had already activated the machine... when I also had to jump in the light to get the good ending.
I go to all the trouble of summoning tons of monsters and conquering everything in the area. Instead of sending the monsters to take the castle, I think I'll just swap with the prince and turn everyone into frogs!
In the end, do I feel like I've skillfully assassinated the boss and escaped without getting caught? No, I feel like I got lucky that the guards all ignored the boss and I somehow managed to not get seen by them.
How to roflstomp your way through to stage 78 (from around level 10): Get the 3x hit (yellow) and chain hit (lime) when possible, skills help. Also, have high initial mana. Create a pure lime 2 and a pure yellow 2 and combine them to make a dual lime-yellow 3. Place it in a tower somewhere monsters will pass, because this is the only tower needed. Create masses of level 1 gems and use transmute (gem bomb a row of gems) to make them either yellow or lime. Then combine these gems with the "super gem" over and over, until you win. Keep in mind you can get massive points and mana from the giants by using your anger. Also, any skill related to cost, damage, range, etc. for gems / dual gems is a plus. Lime and yellow are not madatory, but can do extra damage for high hp and clumps of enemies. At the end, I was typically sending around 4~5 waves at a time, easily.
