@ata4100 The thing is, you can use PMs to make truce. Also, cutting chat would make talkative people like me kind of sad. It's fun to encourage others, throw a compliment or two. Just saying "Nicely played" and "Good luck have fun" is what I do. I also like to chat to pass the waiting time.
I think what Awoke was trying to do is make a game with less gameplay for those users who don't like how the "so-called complicated" Cursed Dungeon was or something, but I'm sorry, this is pretty scrappy.
Agree with what others have said. You've made some good games, but this simply doesn't do it. Bad graphics, half-baked gameplay, and a precedessor with way higher quality means this game needs to be majorly updated if it wants to reach 3.5+
@ata4100 Don't be naive. THere will always be allies, made in Kong chat possibly, or just a silent truce where they don't attack each other. Forcing attack at borders would be silly.
@Gemleonn I don't like race > another race idea because this would involve a lot of switching in the lobby and the main owner could press start and cut everyone off. Also, this would make luck more imminent, which is not cool, AND it's not fun when you can't choose the race of your choice which you like. Tournaments would be cool, but it would have to be placed on fair maps (Not random, as this can lead to weird advantages for 1P. Something quite big but fair for players.)
What you guys don't realise, is that Lopdo doesn't earn enough money to do this as full-time and KEEP the servers up. So please, stop whining and see past your selfish stuff.
Alright, let's get down to the nitty gritty - the premium only items. Pretty much every MMO has these. So you have to be pretty happy that 95% is available freely. Furthermore, the premium stuff aren't even "that" beneficial. If I bought everything, I would have 40 army storage sure, with a bit of damage/def/spawn/shard boosting, loads of boosts (which ARE limited. Thus, not broken.). That doesn't affect the majority of the gameplay, except for the Army Storage in XXL games. Anyway, it's partially luck, partially strategy, but nothing is broken about the luck. Why do you think this game is "Risk"? It's about calculating the risks to get more space, or play it safe, or try to attack, sacrifice some land to block your choke, or leave it in danger to attack somewhere else. If you would like to argue, PM me please, I have no wish to do it in the comments.
I personally enjoy the no reinforce rules. Lots of strategy that way when attacking, and placing. "Should I go next to that 6 and risk it, or just go the safe way around?","That central point could cut his cluster in half, but it's got an 8. I might just surround it first, so he can't attack back while I defend my other chokes." etc.
God, FFS, If you want to make Alien Campaign hard, if your making the allies total idiots, at least make them try for your team, instead of sabotaging you. For example, if they have the flag, don't make them jump around for 30 seconds like they don't know where he has to go. At least try to go there, so we don't do absolutely nothing, as he runs around.
@johannhowitzer That works partially, but the problem is that in the later levels have bullets, which mean that simply doing that leaves you quite prone to a swarm of bullets, locked on to you.
