With no friggin way/place to save, this game gets a 1/5. There's nothing like spending hours slowly wandering around, just to loose it all in a browser crash because the damned thing won't let you save. Make it so that you can actually use the save function & I'll bump it up to 4/5. FOR THOSE OF YOU GETTING A GREY SCREEN: It just takes a while to load & shows the grey screen until it finished loading. Just wait a while & it'll work. btw There is a way to "run" for a limited time, the "red bull" potions make you move fast for a certain number of steps.
btw whereTF do you have to go to save??? It won't let me save in the field & it won't let me save in a build, and there aren't any inns or homes or any such.
There should really be a health bar for the enemies, so that you can see how close you are to beating them & decide whether it's worth risking continuing the fight or not.
Alright, it's a pretty good game once you figure out howTF to play it. You seriously need to add some basic instructions though, especially the difference between walls, towers, and creeps. (I was originally clicking on the creeps to try to build towers with, because I thought that the red buttons were the different towers.)
"This td is hard to understand" is a massive understatement. It's astounding that every simplistic game on this site has an extensive tutorial & instructions, but one this ...unusual.. doesn't even have basic instructions. A video tutorial on a seperate site is no substitute for at least basic instructions on this page and/or in the game.
The game doesn't deduct the cash as you build towers, it just lets you build as many as you want & then refuse to start because you don't have enough cash.
There's a bug in later levels (I noticed it for certain in lvl 11 & lvl 12). The towers still say that they cost the normal prices, but when you build one it charges you much more & takes you into negative gold ammounts.

Odd little "bug": You can continue beyond lvl 35 or whatever. Hover your mouse just under the words "wave meter", moving it around that area until it turns to a hand. Once it does, you can click to make more waves come.
needs a fast forward button and/or a way to send the next wave before the current one is done.
Also, that popup thing after every few levels is very damned annoying.
A solid shooter, also there isn't anything special or unique about it. It could use a pause key though.
There's one distinct flaw in the game though, the sound is terrible. It sounds like it gets clipped or something.
dragon91, your stats are off. The emp tower is unlocked by building TEN aa cannons, and the plasma is unlocked by destroying a single corona tower. (I finally managed to get both.)
The xp points are cummulative. You not only get credit for the enemies you killed this round, but in all previous rounds as well, and your score from this round will be counted again in each following round. This affects the xp for ships built too. This winds up having a rather bizarre effect on your ships lost score. It winds up becoming a positive number & you wind up getting xp for losing your own ships.
Having an anti-air turret doesn't mean you need one of the "air" turrets. the cheapass red turrets are both land & air, just make sure you have a few of those out & you'll be good.
