I just have to say that Pharoah having the ability to create scarabs is cool, scarab's hp swarm ability is really cool too... having devour on there too?! that is f-ing ridonculous. If I can't kill the Pharoah (8HP) or the second one, the scarabs run wild, and I dare ANYONE to beat a swarm while they DEVOUR your creatures... then empathy on that... not a f-ing chance
Although challenging games can be very fun, I don't like how challenging this game is. I have beaten the previous Protectors and I feel like the missions in this one seem to just start out way out of the league of your Hero's abilities. I had to lower my game rating because of it.
I have to be honest here, for the creator of the game: achievements shouldn't be boring and negative. middle ground? no maxed skills? you have to try to not do well for that to happen I imagine
tier 5, brilliant tutor of combat, score potential of 88000 and change... not too shabby but one week away from getting the last item for the hard badge... sad day
controls are terrible. good concept though. when I click on one guy the whole area goes sometimes, other times I click and nothing happens and I have to try about 3 times to finally get them to move... very annoying, I won't play it again until that is fixed
alex I am with you on that... you have to hit backspace fifty times and then hit some letters in a panic. I have a large vocabulary but it is still kinda hard right now on level 71. Got Proxy to be worth 401 points though...
Ok I am not a noob to these kinds of games but good lord... I just got past day 10 for the first time after playing for a week now. I have changed strategies and classes and everything but it is still WAY too hard. I hit something with EVERY shot and I still can't win 90% of the time.
best tip I can give is to hit the strong enemies, that hang back at the base for defense, with a spell at the beginning of the battle and they will start moving forward, meet them halfway with your forces, after they get done send your entire force at the enemy base and you will get in every time
