Looked like it wasn't that great...and no WASD support, plus REALLY loud music which loops over and over...became one of my pokemon at the start, stood at bottom of river, and wrote this comment. Maybe it drowned, I don't know.
Yeah, it's another R2 game alright. Autopathing plays the game for you, things ripped from other games, and rather expensive "VIP" statuses that aren't permanent. 200 dollars to purchase the best VIP status...for 6 months.
The game has severely outdated graphics, and is incredibly pay-to-win/pay-to-progress, with every single thing in the game purchaseable with premium currency. An energy system and a mana system (PVE and PVP respectively), with 1 energy for every 5 minutes. Battles cost three, and exploring the world costs one per square.
Overall? Pass.
Thanks for your feedback.
About the graphics.
1. Not all people got top game video cards to eat millions of triangles. So we decided to create a game that is available on most devices.
2. People still play 2D tetris because they like the gameplay, why should everywhere be 3D only games? :)
We believe - graphics is a matter of taste.
As it was already discussed. There are plenty of places where you can get premium currency in the game. If you have enough time to play the game - you can get enough premium currency for covering all your in-game needs, including buying a premium account.
Decent game, but 10 minutes per one step is kinda...well, makes me less inclined to play. Also noted the word "tap" here and there on prompts...try to not look like a mobile port.
One thing I'd like to see is to have a "hold fire" option, that prevents your auto-click from breaking orbs that are X or more until they reach Y chain, or there is no more options
Two words that ruin games. ENERGY. SYSTEM. In a game where grinding in needed to get anywhere. Think slow pokemon but you can only enter tall grass once every 15 minutes. (energy cost for the beginning levels seems to increase as you go on. You regen one energy every three minutes, but this is still MUCH too slow.)
Okay, seems I am the first to comment on this beta game's release on Kongregate.
Let me start with the basics. The battles are done though auto-combat, with no user input. There is an energy meter, with roughly a "one level every half hour" regen rate. There is music. With three servers running, and the choice between Warrior, Mage, and Archer, each with a male/female option. Upgrading gear leaves you with an hour wait if you do it too often.
VIP removes most of the wait time, but costs 10 dollars.
WASD is a problem with keyboard AZERTY and QWERTY. Plz wait updates for more corrections.
