Honestly, I feel like Enlarge could be reworked. Make Enlarge add health to an enemy instead of making them harder to hit. That makes a bit more sense than "I swing my weapon at the +5 Ettin." "You miss."
I 1-star any game that's a clear mobile port...if I see "tap", it's a 1-star. Not to mention the memory leaks and crashes other people have experienced.
MOOOOBILE POOOOORT!
As usual, all the bs that comes with those two words came with this game. Please, Kong, put some restrictions in place to stop these damn things.
First thing I notice: Thousands of servers. That means that they won't give much support to them in general. Second thing I notice: Recharge is the first thing you see about the game. Third: The only "instructions" are explaining how to recharge. Fourth: Same font used in every other game. Fifth: It's autobattle with poor animations. Sixth: Sex appeal female, generic male heroes.
Actual game: Generic design, same as all the other "moneygrubbing mmo" design, energy system, and the button for the Mall takes up half the screen. Just another game that should never have made it onto Kongregate. Get this GARBAGE off of this great site.
It's just another stamina driven mobile port game. Didn't even change the game's description or any situation where it says "tap." Shameful display, and attempt to earn more money on the PC market as your mobile market has dried up. Also runs poorly.
Very clearly a straight mobile port, with only the slightest changes. I had thought you clever for changing "tap" to "click", but then two dialogue boxes later, it's all "tap" from there. Shameful. Also, clearly just copied the description from your Google Play store...and yes, VIP service, RNG you buy with real money, the usual bs.
Never have I had a flash game frustrate me more with a problem I thought gone before...movement that would freeze, causing me to move in one direction until I double-tapped that input, sometimes not moving at all when I try to move diagonally, and even the attack button sometimes sticking!
Although, with a little cheating (Don't tell mom!) I beat the game, and I did like it.
Yeah, 1 star. 20 seconds in, and suddenly the only thing I can do is play Blackjack and slots, or else pay premium currency to do anything for 15 minutes. Screw you.
Dear OasisGames,
After reading your responses to myself and other top commenters, I can conclusively say you are talking out of your rear end. This game is exactly like other autopathing, premium grubbing mmos, just simply painted over to look like Naruto, with a crappy plotline shoehorned in to fulfill the need for a "ninja" appearance. There is no strategy in your game. It is simply pick the best "ninja" that you earned through random chance and hope to god the enemy AI doesn't prioritize your lowest HP unit to death. As for the art itself, I have little doubt that for the character sprites, you simply took them from other locations. And if you REALLY want me to compare this to other Naruto games, then you will be SORELY disappointed. Naruto has become successful as a FIGHTING GAME, and ONLY a fighting game. Attempts to turn this into an RPG were usually met with failure. You want me to compare them to this? Fine. Try ANY of the PS2 fighting games.
Dear drew2319, we appreciate your feedback and comment. We will still try to do our best to meet our players expectations and turn Naruto Online into a fun game that is enjoyable to play! :)
1 energy for every 4 minutes, and it costs 8 energy to play level 2...so that's waiting half an hour to play one level after you run out of your energy, so...yeah, screw energy systems. In EVERY game. Have fun losing 90% of the people that would have played such a nice game.
Genderlocked characters, the same font EVERY mmo game uses, autopathing, same level design as other mmos like this, game doesn't fit in the window, levelling up means almost nothing, PREMIUM SERVICE that EXPIRES...yeah, I'm done. Just another "work of love" that's really working for your wallet. I see nothing pulling me into this game at lvl 5 to make me want to keep playing.
Dear drew2319, all the art for the levels was designed FOR THIS GAME and for the specific storyline, it is not a generic art, without leveling up, it is impossible to progress in the game! As for premium services, yes, it is true, but if you have played other MMO games, don't forget that sometimes you have to pay monthly just to be able to pay it! We are offering you a F2P game, which has a Premium Service for those who wish for it, we are giving our players a choice! :)
