The physics are definitely not the same, they are much much worse in this one. don't try to fool me I have put at least 50 hours into FR2, this is so blatantly obvious within the first minute. Horrible Physics is the #1 reason this game was getting low ratings and should be your priority of fixing. It's a shame because FR2 got a 5 from me but in it currents state I can't bring myself rating over 2. It is borderline unplayable.
@dubesor FR2 and FR3 physics engine is identical, the code was left untouched. What differences are you noticing in the physics? If there is an issue we will fix asap, doing a diff on the code maps 1:1 and playing same track in FR2 and FR3 plays identical, only difference is the playing area is larger in FR3, some rendering optimizations (less choppy) and camera does not zoom out as far since we increased the playing area. We would love to fix any issue with the physics but we cannot replicate any differences.
No matter what I do, on most tracks the bike behaves totally unnatural almost all the time my bike spasm out and I fall through the track. I don't find it enjoyable at all, compared to FR2 this is rubbish. Looks like no one actually tested the bike behavior.
Just like in FR2, if you don't have enough speed / momentum going over areas with gravity you can get sucked through the ground! What tracks were you getting sucked through the ground and were you going full speed? The physics is exactly the same as FR2.
The game is alright but has many bugs (broken money counter, flashing button on casinos etc). Personally I found the bribe-system kind of meh. I had fully bribed the families so they were at 0%, full tolerance. And they still attacked me, even though I didn't attack them. What's the point of that? Another thing is you have no way of increasing or improving your mobsters. I have fully upgraded them to Tommy Guns and for 2 weeks straight now I am fighting in the bronx for the last district. always happens the same: 1 take one and lose 1. There is nothing I can do to not lose a district since I can't get more mobsters. Also you need to be able to ship alcohol for a specific locations within the districts. Having thousands of liquor left in 1 location and only 100 in the other results in you having to buy more, even though all your locations have thousands of liquor left. there are many things like that. Overall a nice little game but needs polishing, and balancing.
Nice game with a good mix of kingdom rush & cursed treasure. game is very polished and fun. the only 2 minor points that I noticed was that #1 pressing escape doesn't cancel your selection (ie if you are placing buildings) and #2 totems should be allowed to be placed before towers, that way I can better plan my layout. other than that great game
plays very unfinished. controls are bad, hitboxes are off, projectiles that can penetrate walls, repetitive music and no real gameplay except run from point A to B, to C etc. I am gonna be honest, I didn't like it at all.
The game is very nice but some minor flaws. Personally I don't like the controlscheme of arrowkeys. As someone who has been using WASD for 15+ years controlling movement with the right hand feels awkward to me. Different controlschemes to choose from or better yet rebindable keys would solve this issue. Secondly, while the ?-help is usefull in most cases I observed I also often find it utterly useless. For example at the first pressure plate I run around for half an hour and could only find 2 stones. I simply couldn't find the 3rd stone and the help-system says 'You need to find the 3 stones'... o rly? But other than some minor flaws like that it's a good game.
Well, you have to earn spears by luring canon balls to destroy obstacles. Hmm, i wonder if everyone finds out soon enough that destroyed obstacles drop some spears. If not write here, I might add something.
All I see is a green background with a plain yellow text saying "Loading". I tabbed for 5 minutes and when I came back it still wasn't loaded. I have better things to do than to stare at a still picture. Moving on.
160663: Maybe you should go educate yourself, lol. Not, but really. I am not sophisticated with music in any way, shape or form but I knew all of the songs in this game. Maybe not by name but every single one was extremely recognizable. All are world-famous music pieces, there were no unknown songs in this game.
I finished the game and solved all 18 songs but there is still 1 room with a missing piece? How do you get the piece at the mechanical orchestra? there is a blinky thing on it but it won't allow me to access it. According to the highscores I have found all pieces, mhhh weird! Awsome game by the way. Only thing I didn't quite like was finding the last the hidden objects, can get tedious and frustrating. Needed a help-system for finding hidden objects other than just some sparky thing at random times. But absolutely loved solving the music-puzzles.
Very nice concept, I love it. Story could be a bit improved though, maybe a sequel telling us a bit more about this phenomenon? As for stage 4, I couldn't complete it. It seems to always make me stuck when placing the luggage. If anyone else has this problem select "Replay levels" on the title screen and go directly to level 5. You will still get your badge.
it was alright. I like the artstyle but you need to make a better story for the game to work out. the story in this part wasn't really good. Slutty girlfriend cheats on boyfriend and thus stops visiting ballet schools? umm ok.
I love the concept of the game but it is very hard. I erased my save 4 times now and I just can't make it very far. I do all the achievements to get the money but the workers cost so much money and the games simply do not net enough income. I usually go broke before I can manage to be able to afford making a small game. I keep publishing micro games because small games are so expensive. Except for the last time where I managed to barely make a small title (without any advanced programs because that further increases developmentcost) and then the worker bugged out and simply refused to work.
