The end game is absolutely awful. So much grinding. Hell, I'm pretty sure I did every Merchants Guild quest, yet I still need to kill several hundred more guys to reach Ally
dook368: You're misunderstanding the meaning of the button text. Whats shown on the status isn't the current status. Rather, it's what the button will do when you click it. So when it says "Indie ON" it means that clicking the button will turn indie mode on.
Also, after 30 waves you get an ending and the Champion medal, so I don't know why you keep playing expecting something else
I've upgraded every button to max level, purchased every square on the grid and filled every single one with level 5 items. How do I get the Upgrade Complete medal?
Initial impressions: Plot is interesting from the very beginning, voice acting is very good, main character's animations are really weird, especially the way her arms fly up when she jumps. i thought she had wings at first, lol
Energy and War Bond complaints aside, I dislike the properties that depend on your opponent's faction. Must I really make separate decks for all four factions to fight at full effectiveness?
"Ooh, my mage learned silence! Now I can keep that mage pacified without killing her so the barbarian won't go berserk. The game might not be unwinnable after all!"
*Casts silence*
*Inmune (sic)*
"AAAAAARGHHHABBALALLLRGAGBA!11!!11!"
*Cries*
Ug, some class combinations can really screw you over. For instance, mage+shielder on the boss with the huge barbarian guy. You cast protect on your mage, otherwise he dies in one or two hits. Okay, so now the barbarian uses mortal strike on your mage. The damage goes to the shielder, killing him instantly, and your mage gets stunned, so he can't revive him. Barbarian kills mage next turn.
Maybe add a respec option so I can ditch this extremely ineffective team for an insta-win team with a pally in it?
