I guess it is what it is. Its not a bad game 3/5 probally could have been one of the top shooters, but needed a lot more. Needs more variety of enemies, there were only 4 types plus the boss as far as I could tell. Also the levels were all the same, just the enemies got harder. And most of all it needed more upgrades. Once I got to level 4 I was maxed out with the best ship. It did have nice graphics and a nice variety of ships. The movement was a little slow and it seemed the only way to kill he spiders that come from the bottom at the beggining was to just ram them and take the HP loss. Overall nice game but needs lots of improvements and really not much replay value, but fun the first time.
feels pointless to play when the game freezes on level 3. I guess I should have read the comments before I played. 2/5 until fixed and probally a 4/5 when fixed.
And one more thing for those wishing to spend the months it takes to complete what was put on Kongregate, you might want to figure out a way how to save your cookies permently for this game. Because as others have said, and I just checked my game and it happened to me to, the game resets after so long and you lose all of your saved data. My guess is because my cookies or internet data got deleted somehow, not sure if that is it or not. It's not to big of a deal to me, seeing as I haven't played it first was submitting, but I could definately see how those that do would be very upset about it. Just thought I would warn those that do play.
And as oblenisk said, it drives away most gamers, and the proof is there for those that spend the time to look. A simple example would be to compare it to Monster Den, which is inferior in every possible way to this game but yet sits with over 5 million game plays because people return to play it, while this one still has less than 25 thousand plays because almost no one returns to play it. And for those saying it's rated to low (3.5), I would agree if it wasn't so restricted, but my guess is it would be much lower if both more people would have submitted their votes and edgebee wasn't campaigning at their website to get all of their users to vote a 5 star ratings, which if anyone visits their forums, they would see. While some might think it's a minimal impact, there really isn't many votes in the first place so the percentage of votes coming from edgebee is going to be much higher. Before the campaigning, it was below a 3 where I personally think it should be.
Well I haven't checked on this game in quite some time. I decided to come back to see if it was playable, but still the same unplayable gem of a game for multimillionaires. At least it's nice to see Oblenisk dishing out some advice and warding off people without tons of money to spend who might otherwise waste there time playing what is essentially a demo game that lets you advance through the smallest fraction possible each day. And after reading some of the comments from both here and edgebee, I fully don't expect it to ever change, so I probally won't be back again to play, just to help drive away potential victims who would of had the same feelings about the game as 99% of us. It's a shame that such a great game, which it is, will only ever have a small hardcore group to defend it while the majority of us will never return to it because of how restricted it is.
NOT ONLY DO YOU FAIL AS CHEESEKID STATED BUT YOU SHOULD RETIRE FROM ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES CREATIVE THINKING!!! Sorry about the caps lock but it was neccessary to stress how pitifully awful this game is. I shall never return to Bladerox's attempts at creating something entertaining. If Bladerox's could create "Frankenstein" he would "Frakkindumb". And for those wondering the downright terrible game this is, let's just put it this way, my joke is the godfather, shawshank redemption, and schindler's list all taking part in a threesome.
Agreed with the comments I've read. I liked the game 4/5, but the shield switching got annoying and impossible in some spots on the bosses. Just better to take the hits. The skill upgrades were awesome with a variety to choose from but the workshop upgrades were to limited. Either needed more types of upgrades or further leveling in the ones they already had. I ended the game with tons of part money but had no use for it.
Just started playing and already figured out I love it after 4 minutes. 5/5 for you friend. Keep putting games out like this. Hopefully it isn't to short because most games like this are.

Psuedo I am going to disagree with you on this one. I really only said 2 things. All the poo poo in the game aside, I was simply trying to say the game sucked, just decided to give you a slightly drawn out version of my feelings for this game is all. And you say comments like mine are not constructive, but I ask you what do you consider constructive? I have read tons of comments stating the same complaints over and over and over and over. I think you get the point. Rather than take these comments constructively you just complain about the negative feedback and say, "Well instead of being upset about what the game isn't, why not be happy for what the game is?" I say that's a bunch of milarki!! The main problem is that there are so many things that suck that they stand out far more than the things that don't.
This game is utter poo poo. Take that where the son don't shine Psuedo. And for all those whining about oh dont criticize po lil psuedo, I agree everyone is hurting his po lil feelings, so lay off before you give him a hemroid.
