Well I gotta say after loving the first one this one feels like a major downgrade. The fact that the 3 episodes are split up into 5 levels hinders the experience in my opinion. Leveling up doesn't feel as rewarding knowing you just have to restart after the 5th level. I loved the upgrade system in the first one but what I already said combined with the fact you can only equip 3 upgrades and none seem to really offer a whole bunch, not that it matters, the game itself is pretty easy at least on hard it was being my first time playing. Also I didn't find the bonus modes offered to much. What I think the game really needs to put it at the top of the shooter list is 30+ levels combined with a much deeper upgrading system that doesn't reset after 5 levels and then we would be talking about a great shooter game. The engine itself is already one of the best just needs lots of improving. This is just my opinion though and what do I know.
Well as someone said in the past, I made it to I believe the last level's boss and he froze off screen, now I have to restart from the beginning, because of no save feature. So I'll repeat what was already said 5/5 to 1/5 failure.
agreed mechapants. I rated it a 4/5 my first time playing. After my 5th 3/5 and by my 10th I changed it to a 1/5 after realizing that there wasn't really anything special about it, as after 65 seconds it is set up so you die quickly. If you last much longer it is pure luck. May have had some kind of replay value and worth a higher rating if it wasn't so much based on luck after a certain point and it didn't make you feel like you were wasting your time after playing it multiple times. Definately overrated .
Wow made it to level 12 and thought about being more patient than calisun, but I to decided to commit suicide. Play this game if you want to realize you have no life, I realized it on level 8 and wanted to commit suicide in real life but was saved because my tower got destroyed before I got the oppurtunity. I will never play this again and calisun you definately deserve some kind of award for making it to level 18. I think I will check the leaderboards daily just to boost my own ego everytime I see that the high score goes up. I to had fun the first few stages. The developer should be shot.
I dont think I've played a flash game that was able to piss me off to the extent that this one does. Can't tell you if thats a good or bad thing. I guess if you like getting pissed off play it.
it was ok. To few levels, beat it in less than 30 minutes. Not enough items and leveling up doesn't affect enough things. Nice idea and nice gameplay. 3/5
Are there only 20 waves because if so I would reccomend expanding it further especially considering you can play level 20 over and over and I still haven't maxed my upgrades. So if you can upgrade so much you should have some use for them. Make more levels and more enemy types.
well I just did the same strategy just so I could get an unbelievable score even though the game sucks, just did it for the hell of it. Anyways, did twice as good 98 aliens left, only two got by compared to the last time I played when I had only 47 left and 53 got by, and guess what I only got half the score. Not that anyone cares, but please tell me does that make any sense? So now my first high score was probally strictly a glitch or error. Who cares game sucks
Yah got the number 1 score on first try and no one is even close, I'm up a million. I know the game isn't to good, but still how the hell did I manage to trample everyone. I didn't even do that good.
