I'm sorry, but... blue and purple are in the wrong place. This is so close to the color wheel, and the entire point of this game is knowing which colors are adjacent to others. How was this overlooked?
Pretty good game. The controls for the UFO picture game could have been much better (slide the pieces, instead of clicking around) and the cheese was incredibly tough to find. Otherwise, fairly straightforward and entertaining!
I noticed that the hitboxes for the powerups are smaller than they appear they should be, and the hitboxes for enemies are larger than they appear they should be. Very basic mistake. Always err on the side of the player. You should make the hitboxes of enemies smaller, and it will be a much better game.
Easy way to beat the game: Work your way to the upper left boss, and keep fighting against him. In the fight, just keep making wide circles all around him, make sure you're constantly circling. You will easily get 800 coins per fight, quickly. (other bosses drop about 200 coins) Use this to get everything up to level 4, and get at least 2 health minions. The rest of the game will be simple.
To easily get the badge: Press down, right, down, right, and so on until you can't move anymore, then hit left. then go back to down,right,down,right... and repeat this process until you have well over double the score required. in this example, NEVER hit up. ever.
Amazing game, I actually like that it's short, since there's not really much variation on gameplay. I'd love to see things added for sidequests for rare fish in each zone. Also, I'd love for there to be a restaurant near the pirate shop at the end.
A really great and innovative game! My only complaints are that the gems are handled a little poorly. If you collect a gem and successfully get past it, it's a pain to have to recollect it if you die later in the level. It just makes the game super repetitive. Also, having the gem count start out at 0/128 is incredibly demoralizing and doesn't help you know how many gems are in each level. Also, a level select is really necessary for going back and picking up missed ones.
I love that it has casual mode, a feature more games need. But it also really needs to have some spell checking and needs to not keep reverting to low quality graphics. I would never spend money on a game with so many misspellings...
I noticed this in the Coin Block game too, but really when you buy three upgrades at a time, it should charge you for all the ones you buy. If you buy them one at a time now, you're heavily penalized. Which is just weird. I shouldn't feel penalized for buying upgrades, ever.
For what it's worth, I found the game very easy and fast. Maybe took about five minutes. There needs to be more variety in the strategy. You know how Sudoku has those moments of "It can't be a 3 so it must be a 4" this can't have that due to its nature. Which makes it easier.
Great game! So, you definitely need to always see their energy bars, make those green or something. Also, I really don't like the requirement that Leonardo has to be higher skilled than his boss. It's a weird mechanic that forces you not to try to level as much as possible, but actually purposely gimp one of your characters. Also, I really don't like that you can buy a chair and desk that you already start with. Why would you need more?
Great game! Some notes (with spoilers): The parallax effects on the trees is the best part. At the end, with Lazarus, it's best to show, not tell. That was a lot of exposition. Lazarus didn't need to tell us how to use the stone. The entire end sequence just seemed rushed and came out of nowhere. Wish it were more quests for people instead of that. Also the fire maze was great!
interesting idea for a game, but i'm getting a weird bug where my character is a black sphere, and there's a black sphere in front of my character, which makes it hard to see where i'm going.
Thanks for the feedback ! :D
