I truly wish this didn't exist. It gives me a poorer impression of all of the cartoons involved, and it barely fits the definition of game. Kong really needs to make a "cash grab" category for rubbish like this.
There was so much potential, but I don't find repetition very exciting, and the game would be repetitive without the grind. The grind makes it unpalatable.
I'm so happy this was the BotD. I'd never played it, and don't tend to play hidden object games out of interest, but this was a delight from the illustrations to the music to the ending. Bravo kids and dev!
I like the mix of idle and combat. I wish that resources continued to gain while offline, and I think that incomplete map points should be a more visible color (it's a little difficult to see the next, and I barely noticed the first one). But, good first game!
Excellent sequel. It has a steep learning curve but I enjoyed mid- and endgame play much more than in the original. The variety of environments was a great addition. I don't understand multiplayer - where are the daily or weekly missions that will earn bonus commendations?
So, where the heck is the sub's hitbox? Good game, but the boss fights are more frustrating than they should be since neither the hitbox or walls are visible.
And here I was thinking that "intricate" and "button mashing" were incompatible terms. I was shocked by the low rating, compared to the first game, but after playing I understand. It's a near-masterpiece in simple design and interface, it's not fun and lighthearted like the first - it's too frustrating.
We are glad you like it! ^_^
