Clean interface, smooth and fast and pretty, but the puzzles themselves are a bit subpar. I've played Picross under half a dozen names and for various platforms from Flash to SNES to Books, but never seen so many scattered 1's haphazardly placed. Too much guesswork in this level set.
Extraordinarily frustrating that I cannot order my soldiers to move forward without my miners charging too, nor can I have my miners back up without my soldiers running away.
Refinement and Morals do not cap at 100.0 when using Forest Holiday. Temperament did not cap at 100.0 when using Poetry School. Dragon Tamer does not appear to be possible to advance much above 72 before hitting game end. Great game though!
Moon on day 5, Mars on day 7, fully upgraded after day 9, infinite score on day 10. I got $25,000,000 from day 10, stopping after 27 minutes in the air because I had infinite fuels with all the platforms I hit. Fun, but very very easy.

Improved in every way over Phage War 1. The upgrade system forced me to make decisions, the game kept me moving, and while easy, it wasn't so much so that I lost interest. Perfect 5/5. (Though the colors are sometimes hard to read.)
I find a certain irony that this game is a message about upgrade systems not being the heart of what makes a "good game", while this game gets great reviews for its upgrade system. That said, great game and upgrade system!
Interesting concept, fun execution, but the camera is way too slow to scroll and there's no easy way to move faster that a snail without slashing thin air.
Graphics are good, weapons are varied, and enemies have personality, but the controls are the weak point. It's hard to move, shoot, and change weapons without getting hit, since I have to let go of a WASD key to switch weapons. Maybe auto-cycle weapons when one runs out?
Almost as good as Reemus, but not quite. Though honestly, the detection is very poor for the coffee cup in the locker. I keep closing the locker trying to get the cup.
Reminds me of Pontifex (look it up), but without the grid for easy building, variety of materials (heavy, light, cables, etc), and fun. Very nice, but too simple.
31 days. I got 6000ft on my first attempt at that achievement though. Great game.
I only wish there were a discount for upgrades if you already have a lower level, but that's now how this genre works.
Ok, now I beat it but am missing 2 stars. I swear I got every star but 1. I would love to have any idea which level I didn't get credit for, but you don't tell me. Now I have to submit my score after EVERY level or attempt and play the whole game over again to get it? Heck, why can't I even replay a level I beat if I didn't get the star in it without going back to the menu?
Incredible game, but one nitpick. It's very hard to click fast enough when even slightly touching the edge of the screen invalidates the cut but still requires me to finish it, leaving a permanent red line and wasted time.
