Did you have a lot on missions? 10 seats (not just Crusaders) will be asleep each 25 areas, starting at area 26. If you've got a lot out on missions, it might be a bit tricky.
Momma Kaine counts the farthest away Crusader by counting adjacent spots that hold Crusaders. It doesn't count the distance. It is on the to-do list to check it for consistency though.
Suggestion: I'd like to receive more enchantment points for duplicate epic gear. It's very disheartening to watch epic gear disappear. I don't mind if that means common gear provides half an enchantment point to balance out.
Thank you for the report. There is an intermittent bug where the Rubies from a daily quest don't stay credited. It's on our to-do list to track down and fix. I've credited you the missing 15 Rubies, taking you from 65 to 80.
The Princess is obsessed with fire and burning things, it's a little weird. The designer also wanted to give variety to the majority of players, recognizing that not everyone would have the RoboTurkey.
I find it disappointing that Jim is the strongest crusader on high levels. Now that I have epic gear on him, I'm never going to see another crusader out-damage him.
Sounds like you had good gear on Jim. You can certainly try out other combinations anyway though, depending on the event Crusaders you have. Not all farming runs have to be efficient.

@newklear23 you must be doing something seriously wrong. Each time you ascend, you should be upgrading your Mutagen powers, and you should be hugely improving your swarm growth each time.
Speaking as someone who has unlocked all the powers, I recommend oging for Warp Mutation -> Meat Mutation -> Lepidoptera Mutation
