best way to win on harder modes: Step 1: Get bank.
Step 2: get outpost:
Step 2.5 get some units out. Seriously. You're gonna need at least a few tanks and some marines, cause your idiot teammate is the worst asshole around.
Step 3: let idiot teammate get units slaughtered while you get a 2nd tier outpost.
Step 4: If you defended well enough, you should have enough time to build 2 armories: set them to build population, cause these things are pop heavy
Step 5: If you balanced it right, you should be able to get a decent wall of Groditz in front of your base before the enemy breaks your other units. Once you get 10 or so, set em to attack. Spam Grotitz until victory
great game, no memory drain, just a wee balance issue. The meteor barrage spell is OP as heck. 1 shot, almost everything dies. Just saying.

okay, early game, (after a few missions) The best weapon (by far) is the burster, but for points, the best I've found is the pulsator or the DMR. My favored build is as follows. The battery syphon, the blast padding and the grabber perks, with the medkit. Kill, kill, kill, heal. Kill kill, kill heal.
My warrior: Yeah! we've severed their spear arms, moving in for the kill.
Enemy: *Screams to intimidate*
My warrior: ...holy crap she's MAD, man! I'm scared!
Me: *facepalm*
soldier 2: wait...do we worship our weapons, or not?
Commander:...we do not. That is why we fight against the other nations.
Miner: Then why am I praying to our sword?!?!
