wow what a poorly thought out game. It could be great but the search party function is so broken that it ruins the entire game. My party never seems to find anything except death. So I end up missing out on weapons and never really get to mess with the "assign survivors" part of the game since they are all needed on the search party to have any chance to find anything without the whole party dying. Stupid. Drops game from 4/5 to 2/5 for me.
Not sure exactly why but the controls feel awkward. I tried changing the keys but I think it is really an issue with game design. Maybe I'm just not good at the multitasking needed to simultaneously dodge attacks, use melee attack, push with water, put down flower, and recover ones that are now in poor position.
The water spell is a great tool. If you don't know what to do, just blast enemies away and recompose yourself. It is impractical, in some instances, to attempt to do everything at once and the skill to assess and react with the appropriate tools is the core of the game. You could try only using melee to defeat foes, or just summoning plants while pinning enemies with the water spell. I think those choices and the mastery over yourself is a neat aspect that ties into the monk-like Gardener.
Annoyed by the final boss. Multiple tries end in failure and I can't see any way to win. Too man shots on screen to dodge since the space between is smaller than the character. Full health and collecting every heart dropped by the creatures the boss brings in just delay the inevitable a bit especially when the boss suddenly goes nearly invisible and shots start bouncing off. Am I missing some trick? Otherwise a decent game. 3/5
I just noticed it happened during the splash screen. it is by mistake. during all other "screens" it doesn't do so.
We are NOT looking for "clicks by mistake". We sponsor high quality games in order to make people want to visit our site, not just being driven to it by mistake.
So "cheap tricks" are really not our style. it is a pure bug. sorry for that.
Saar.
hmm. first game? ball went through the net multiple times, stopped in mid air once, suddenly went super fast and yet the game still wasn't interesting. needs a great deal of work.
Need more health drops or some way to actually get tougher as the game continues. The weapons are totally out of balance. When I dread picking up a shotgun or grenade launcher because I can't use my pistol you know something is broken. What is the point of the gold drops? There is nothing to buy? Am I meant to care about the score enough to pick them up? Not going to work. Need some work to make this worth playing again. 2/5
Premium guns. Is it too late to kick this nonsense off of Kong? So funny seeing this title "SAS-Zombie Assault 3 Flash, a FREE online game" FREE. FREE. FREE. FREE. Wish I could give negative scores for all these pay to play games flooding Kong. Keep this cancer off Kong.
just once it would be nice to lose because I made a real error and not because the game suddenly decided to either give all houses or no houses for 20 turns in a row. Broken 1/5
wow just awful controls. if this is what you meant to do then this deserves 1/5 for failure to of imagination. on the other hand if the controls are not what you meant then this deserves 1/5 for being so poorly executed.
so annoying to get through wave after wave to then have the final wave sail through my previous staunch defenses with little problem. All that time spent playing earned nothing. Not fun. In fact the resources in general seem sparse for time spent. -1 point.
I like the idea of this game a lot more than the execution. Weapon balancing is a joke (no need to ever buy half the weapons), pricing is off, and the difficulty jumps up at one point to what I can only describe as "well that is the last time I play this." Sorry but when shooting the minigun into the crowd doesn't stop constant damage then there is a problem with your game. 3/5
I usually lose the same way. Suddenly the game either only gives me houses or stops giving me houses so even with double digit open spaces I've got no chance to continue. Shame because otherwise it is a decent game. 3/5
Playing more I've given you an extra star since there is some depth to this demo and you've changed the description to make it obvious that this is just a demo.
