@sawalu: In the skill tree, the following skills will increase run speed: the fire tree has "Hot Air" on the 2nd row fromt the top, the ice tree has "Chilling Winds" at the bottom row, and the divine tree has "Swift Retribution" on the 2nd row from the top. To view the skill tree press Spacebar while IN a stage (can't view the skill tree from the main menu unfortunately...)
@ArusDaryl: Actually, for space flight radar IS more important than being able to see things in the normal visual spectrum. Astronauts simply can't see well enough things that are thousands of miles away, while radar will show everything important. This makes the part where radar is more important than the screen a logical idea. Now, just need to deal with the logical part of sending a hedgehog into space...
I don't know why, but this game used to work well, but now it keeps zooming in on the upper-left corner of the game or flashing black and white. I have the latest version of Flash Player, but this game is 6 years old. Anyone else having trouble playing this game?
Took me a hour and a half, but I beat the game and got all stars without a guide. The game made me think hard but isn't the kind where you need to plan so many steps ahead you need to write down your plan. 5/5 Stars from me. I'm looking forward to the sequel. Hopefully that will explain why spaceships were used to move around and why a girl was waiting for the character in the credit screen.
Although I originally wanted a good story for this game, we eventually decided against it. If the next one does have a better story, it probably won't be related to this one. Sorry to disappoint. (also, it's a train, not a spaceship)
On the other hand, after getting through the tutorial, I can at least say the game plays well, and it doesn't look like any money needs to be spent to enjoy the game. I'll earn the Medium Kong badge and give an updated review then.
So... you need to spend ~$75,000 buy 7,500 Kreds to buy 3,000,000 Gems to reach VIP 20 in this game... This game is the biggest money hog game I've ever seen.
I liked the game. Nothing very good or bad about the game, so 3/5 Stars from me. Somethings that would improve the game is a level select menu, and possibly add a timer to see how quickly you can beat the game. If either one of those had been added, let alone both, I would have given this game 4/5 Stars.
