I'm very annoyed that I played this game and got to 15, only for it to introduce an entirely new way of losing. I don't think its unreasonable to suspect the only way of losing is running out of ammo when you can be hit by red "shots" and survive. Beware the stars. They actually kill you and the game should tell you this.
This is a lovely game, but sadly exhibits a pet peeve of it mine. In quest orientated games, it is really frustrated that you must crash to receive new quests. I could get 10 quests done a flight, and should be able to.
Machine gun, rocket, laser. That's the combo you want. Those upgraded to level 2 (and you should have spare cash) should handle day 15 with ease. What a delight of a badge of the day. As usual jmtb02 doesn't disappoint. Also a welcome break from these overpraised Nerdoork games.
Its a bit annoying that you're obstructed from using the hammer on the cement wall for a very spurious reason until the right moment. It means you wonder around thinking "I've already tried that"...
The wasabi quake is just a waste of time and rather annoying. It sends you straight up where you've just fallen from, so you have already collected the sushi. Silly
Is it possible after level 45? It strikes me that the computer starts with a huge advantage, then is able to charge their lab far quicker and thus destroy your forces almost instantly..
Gotta agree with some of the negatively rated comments. The controls and hitboxes let this game down quite considerably. Overall however the concept is delightfully and I enjoyed persevering with the game despite these problems. 4/5 for an original idea with great puzzles.
The last level is a bit weird (you shouldn't have random invisible death lines just to keep a player on a preferred path. At least make them visible). It was also a bit too easy. Otherwise a fantastic game. 5/5
Very enjoyable game. although - somewhat stupidly - I didn't realise for a long time to refill your health you actually had to click the icon. I thought it was a level bonus that I just wasn't getting for some reason.
The hard badge is definitely a medium badge though. Happened almost automatically for me as I completed the game.
