@sgtmook : always the same problem... why only ASDW key ? my keyboard is "Azerty" not "Qwerty" and it's unplayable like this. Could you let us use the arrow key or define our own setup ?
@Wild_Shadow : we are in 2013, and people still think all keyboard are "qwerty" !? Please, try one time to play a game with WASD on an "azerty" keyboard. And explain me why we can't use arrow key ? or customize our own key to use ? The game looks funny but i (and 10 million others like me) can't play it ... :(
Game is ok and fun to play (that's the purpose of a game :) ). I feel that you can quickly max your weapon mod (or i'm a very lucky looter) : why max at lvl3 ? you could let us upgrade until lvl 9 if possible (just lower the bonus gain each time). You could add just 1 or 2 more mods (freeze, burn) wich let us experiment a lot more combo with each weapon. Passing through first lvl, and after hiring the 2 henchmen you have nothing more to do with the credit you earn... implementing a few more weapon (with a highter price curve) would help those who find the game too hard (other will spend the money testing funny weapon too.) That's a few idea, :) . I liked the game, so it's a 5/5 !!
good game, i play it before... but it need some real challenge, like unlocking the next map if you succeed without reseting the happyness meter. a slower game (or a selectable timer). when you understand the game mechanics it's too easy, even in pro mode. Why not working on a sequel with more buildings, uprgardes and a longer challenge (not a 5mn play to win). 4/5 for the original game
level 57 is not funny, when other level need some skill and patience, this one need luck and a buggybrain to repeat the same thing until it works... rage quiting after swallowing my mouse :(
the ship is too big compared to the screen. Why not a smaller ship in game with ship parts very smaller than when you're in the astroport ? like it is now, moving is useless, you can't escape from enemies or dodging bullets and your drone are already moving away to grab ore and stars.
i Flagged this game, not stolen for sure it's a pure thegame8 style ! But when all user comments explain how they dislike the game and find no stategy in it... how is it possible to have a such rating (3,67). i probably don't know how to calculate the average of 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 ...
@DRFRANK : i don't like moving the map with wasd because my keyboard is AZERTY not QWERTY ... yes they are other countries and other languages in the world. So let me setup my own command, or let me move the map with arrows key or numpad. Like it is now it's impossible to play, and i ll not be the only one who struggle on this, but other will quietly pass to another game.
There is a bug where artists propose to learn "undefined artwork" instead of the next style or tools... sadly this make the game unplayable until this bug is fixed
cheat : you need to pass a defence map easily ;)
1- build 2shield /2repairbay and wait... if you don't shoot down the 2 first enemy ship, there will be no more spawning. 2- stock your nrj until you look confortable, pause the game and build a complete base... in fact only one capital bay can be enough but if you want to crush evrything :)
@ Cwwalis : spamming all out interceptor always work in all levels (need sometimes few beams and 1 shield to protect from early waves). the game could be balanced a little and will be more interesting if you add a little malus to spam... for example 2 first interceptors cost (50 bay + 75 intercept = 125 nrj) then 2 next interceptors cost (60 bay + 100 nrj= 160 nrj), next cost (70+ 125)... as you can see, the player will try to change to another fighter (gunship) and after, when he build some more small bay, it will be more cost effective to build medium ship then capital ship. You need to balance this carefully but, you have here a way to make this game a real challenge and an awesome game. Now, it's just spam interceptors ;) win :)
"normal" game is too easy but "hard" level are almost impossible after the Devils reach even with all those star collected in last levels... need more balancing. notation goes down from 5/5 to 3/5 because i'm completly stuck and i ve tryed many times.
very good game but the "normal" mode is very easy, i never lose one battle and finish it in 30mn so there is no strategic aspect like this. Need a little more harder curve, last lvl are easier than first one due to star upgrade. i will try the hard mode next time but that's a shame it was so easy to finish... because the game is very very cool but too short. i would like to see stats about soldier / archer / horserider at different lvl because i can't see no difference if i spawn soldier all the time or horserider all the time, they always crush evrything :( but still a good 5/5 !!! for a very inovative concept and a good artwork (with no bug)
Added arrow key controls (for movement) and on-screen buttons (for zooming). Hopefully this helps!
