Just finished second play through, this time with the balanced ship. rank 5 reload causes some enemies to ignore bullets. quarter-charged adrenaline is more useful than fully charged. Number of actual fire pattern upgrades does not match the number of upgrade drops.
Good game, needs polishing. Hit boxes are messed up and lag really hurts the gameplay. 3/5 For good concept and decent art, but lack of plot and gameplay issues.
Here's a tip though- First go around the perimeter and make sure no ends are pointing out. This is especially easy on corners, straight pieces, and three-way pieces. Than go around and connect something to every point on the four-way pieces. This provides a base to work everything else off of.
Noodlez- You can hit the right and left arrows to move through levels you've completed. It says that in the instructions.
WilliamBateman- the levels are not static, a walkthrough would be useless. This is just a big logic exercise anyway. Kind of like SuDoKu.
I admit I looked at someone's post who didn't respect your request to not post answers a few times. Great concept, but perhaps you could randomize levels some to keep people from copying from a list? (I actually held my hand against my screen and looked through the cracks in my fingers to get some of them. It helps! Honest!)
It's very pretty. I like art games. puzzling out the levels is fun, too. My only qualms are these- It seems very short, which is a common thread among art games and things can be hidden behind other things (oil behind anemones/anemones behind anemones). 5/5 for sheer excellence of artwork combined with fairly decent gameplay.
