Prestige points are boned in a truly unfathomable way. My first 50 points took like like half an hour to achieve; the next 40 have taken another 19 hours on top of that. I started off with a five star rating because of all of the idle features that you actually implemented, but this makes the games less than unplayable.
Dang that's unfortunate. The save system should work unless something outside of the game interferes with the cache being erased. I think you might've run into the issue where turning on autoadvance during the tutorial will break it. I did just push a fix for that and hopefully you can play it again.
At level 1 million+, having a dedicated tank never stopped being the optimal way to advance floors and grind XP, so I don't know what "higher levels" you mean.
To double down on that other comment, paladins should be removed from the game entirely, because putting even a single point into armor on anyone besides the guy in front is a complete waste of points. Overheal on clerics should be replaced with synergy, because the 2nd guy in line should have a little healing and a lot of damage, in order to keep the tank alive at high floors and deal damage when he's not healing. Allowing the cleric to do both at once with synergy is a much better use of that class than overhealing is.
The bloodrage trinket is the most astonishingly worthless thing you could've put in the game. The warrior shouldn't ever be the one you rely on dealing damage with, because he should have minimal damage and maximal armor, in order to tank for the entire team.
So, if my entire team can't possibly kill even one of the enemies, why do I have to sit through the entire fight of them dying one-by-one and not accomplishing anything? The game should auto-reset to level 1 (or whatever level lower than the current one my prestige points have bought me as a starting point) rather than waste time taking swings for no reason whatsoever.
To everyone asking "why does he never finish his games?", it's because you keep voting them up like idiots. Kongregate pays the devs based on the game scores, so every time he makes a new game and it gets to 3 stars, he gets money. So then he just keeps doing that again and again rather than try to work hard on getting a 4 or 5 star rating for an actually good game. If you want him to finish a game, vote all his unfinished ones 1 star so that he doesn't make money from them anymore.
The S rank guys need to have better starting stats. Ramback had about 3000 less total points in his stats than Zena did in hers by the time I unlocked him. There's no reason to ever use him because of that.
Auto-equip desperately needs a fix. It should auto-assign the equipment with the best stats, not just whatever is first in the list. Either that, or make it easy to tell what equipment slots on what character are already in use and with what equipment. Having to flip between the Raiders and Inventory tab for every individual item I want to check takes way too damn long for an idle game.
I upgraded the initial energy collector once, the game glitched out and made it stop generating energy and made it so I had no options with it but destroying it. That was the first thing I did. What a thrilling game experience. 1/5
I tried to reproduce your bug by creating a new save, skipping tutorial so I don't build the ore mine, upgraded power plant to 2/1/1, bought another speed-up and sped up 4 minutes, and it produced 100 energy. After collection it seemed to produce normally. Did you upgrade the 2nd/3rd path? But it's probably a bit too early to give the game 1/5 stars at that stage, not rating at all is much better.
I assume the Kred-bought bonus multipliers are permanent through soft resets? I hope so, because I've got plenty of Kreds from various free giveaways that I've never bothered to spend and would be happy to toss them at this game.
