I would have liked it a lot better if there was an ending - say, when you get 3000 gold, you manage to get rid of the curse that's slowly killing you. Just getting 100% achievements isn't as satisfying.
I've always loathed single-button games, but this one is actually incredibly addictive. Great music, great game with actual skills and a low restart time makes this a Kongregate classic. Bravo!
Rebuild 3 needs to be a global game, where the successful cities from Rebuild 1 and 2 team up to take care of the global zombie problem, destroying both the crazy necromancers and science lab, taking care of the inevitable hostile tribes that sprouted out in the mean time.
Just an idea, of course.
The game is way too slow! There's no reason anyone would want their attack animation for the umpteenth time, so why not just shorten it, or give the option to skip it entirely?
You can't save because saves can be backed or modified; playing this game online means that you're (almost) certain that everyone is playing by the same rules.
As for undocumented keys, I'd really like to know which keys you mean. If I forgot any key in the key list, please let me know.
Nice game, but yes, the final 40 levels or so are too easy... You could reduce sell price of high-level items to reduce availability of healing potions. And the final boss is a total wimp.
If you're having problems with the harder alien levels, just keep trying, but don't respawn after your first death. Your teamates will eventually win one, since they're a lot tougher than you are.
You know a fight is skewed against the players when it's easy to win it by simply not respawning, but trying to play it results in humiliating, repeated defeats.
Good game, but way too random to be considered fair. Some more convenience could be added as well, particularly in streamlining the leveling up of students.
