Also, my time taken bonus always seems to be the same, whether or not I complete the quest. And how about some score for monsters defeated? I feel that kicking collective ass is pointless :/
Perhaps, rather than a full map, a map of the areas you have seen. This leaves the luck element intact, which I feel is a very important element, and allows you to not backtrack. You could either make it a full blown map with indications where treasures are and enemies and boss enemies, or you could allow the player to make their own, in-game notes on the map. Not backtracking would also help some people with the turn limit, which I feel should be unchanged.
This is gonna sound like a noob comment, but I just beat the game with 30 good karma, and I don't understand how to get evil karma...can someone explain?
Huh...it took me 3 levels to realize I was playing a heavily modded Bubble Tanks...nice changes overall; it does feel like a different game, despite being very similar.
I feel like the game shouldn't display 100% when you have 472/475 easy badges. Yes, it rounds up to 100, but it sends a message of full completion. Perhaps round down instead?
Things that need to be done: 1.) R for restart. This shouldn't have even been debated by the developer, and it certainly shouldn't have been decided against. 2.) Let me turn off the "insults" at the beginning of each level. They're annoying, and often grammatically incorrect. I don't want to be told for the ten thousandth time that the ninja is "a uncouth" whatever. AN uncouth whatever... 3.) Click to detonate ninja bombs. Perfect shots are often not so because it takes too long/goes off too soon. 4.) I personally wouldn't mind less silly animation for the ninjas...annoying little things...
That was a terribly dull gaming experience. All the mechanics and the shop and the bosses and the medals are all great. However, there is just nothing to keep you going through this. For one, there is no emotion behind why you're even killing these sharks and ships, besides simply returning fire to stay alive. Do I have something they want? Am I an inept spy who discovered in enemy territory? What is the motivation to keep me emotionally invested into the game? If I can't get into it, I'll get bored fast. 3/5. 3 because the mechanics and UI were spot on, but it's just missing something huge.
My bad. It should be fixed now.
