It's a very nicely done game with a pleasant astetic. About the big screen, get some mean of testing your game on a 14 inch monitor, a lot of people have laptops and then screen sizes range from 14 to 16 inches and they make for a huge bulk of the possible players that might try your game. 4/5 Fix that big screen issue, while I really liked the game, having to go fullscreen with my browser just to play it properly is not a good way to go with it.
Thanks for the feedback ! I'm pretty new and i'm still figuring out how to do this stuff but I'll be more carefull with that next time, and i'll try to fix it for Fear of Failure.
You know, the flappy bird clone popularity train derailed and killed its occupants over 3 months ago. 1/5 For implementing yet another clone, after the popularity completely died and not adding anything whatsoever to make it any different from the original. Different sprites are just like a new paintjob, but since the core is already dead you can't hide the stench with just a paintjob.
Idk what the conditions for level unlocking are, but if you mouse over the tip of the ballon and on some parts of the edge you can actually enter a locked level. It's something you're gonna have to code in rather than just putting an object over the button to block it. As for the game, it's an interesting thing you did with the concept. I give it a 3 out of 5, there's still a lot to improve.
Control scheme is made for mobiles and not for PC, come on, we have over 50 keys avaliable on the keyboard and you only bother to use the mouse?
If it made sense for it to a single button game it would be ok, but this is a runner that would feel more natural if you had it on the cursor keys and the movement of up and down were controled by the player. The game itself would be a 4/5 easy, but the horrible control scheme pushes it to a 2/5.
You know, we're playing on PC here, give us an option of setting up a hotkey to change between squares and X without having to always click that button.
Its kind of in development build and trust me, its going to look better when I update it. The screen problem. That was because I was messing around with screen pixels sizes. So don't worry its going back to is original form. Also that mouse problem. I am trying to find a way to fix it because for some reason it doesn't put the mouse in with the code I put in. Don't worry though. All of these stuff will be fixed, in fact I fixed the big screen problem.
Sorry, that type of game where you just slap a character people has very fond memories of is just a cheap excuse for atempting to get a better score. Games like this give reason for copyright.
Solved a bit of the 5x5 ones, got bored and went for the 15x15 ones. Wish it had a mode without that mistake system. The DS game had that for the bigger levels, it was nicer to not have to worry about being penalized for marking the wrong square.
It's an interesting concept, but damn the mouse sensitivity is maxed out as default. Vertical lock on the game is a bit weird. And the gun doesn't aim at the middle of the screen. 3/5, it can be better.
Would be nice if the objects weren't just there, it pretty much looks like you found a random picture on the internet with the label "nature" and then placed some stickers on it. And that's it for the whole game.
While making the same as everyone else makes in a desperation to become the next thing your score be a 1, for actually making a responsive thing that is playable unlike others i'll give it a 2. Now work your dev skills on something more original. There are a ton of runner-type games avaliable on kongregate that are way better than any of flappy clones will ever be.
Everything is this game seems to have been picked at random, the description don't match, the intro text is meh, the scenes don't make any sense and the objects are many times porly attached to the image. What we have here is a great mess.
