Brilliant - as always! Thanks for another great Chapter - that's got me desperately wanting to play the next one - I love the cliff-hanger!
(Still wondering why the extra Chars aren't in 'Standings' though!?)
Thanks Percon!
Great to see how the quality of the games are improving as they go along - I loved the screen layout, and the detailed story - although I would have liked a couple of small changes in how the Conclusion was reached.
Thanks so much VasantJ for continuing to release these great games!
Some extra work on spelling/grammar (plus ensuring that only one answer fits the question!), and I'd like to see the Clue selection swapped (to make the active Clue highlighted), then these games would be perfect for me!
4/5, and in my Favourites - 5/5 with changes!
Thanks for the new Chapter! No errors here with Windows/F.F. (Re. September Game message). More puzzles would be nice in future please, & are the new Contestants going to be added to the 'Standings'?
I noticed Beth is now blacked out... (that seemed a bit severe for incorrect medical advice!! *grin*). Well done Percon!
I've loved this series so far, but feel I must rate this lower than previous games, for being so judgemental about appearance...
It sounds like you are trying to 'teach a good lesson', but instead of pointing out that people should be judged by their actions, you are still judging by appearance yourself!
Just because someone is beautiful, does not mean they do not work, or care for others. Nor does it mean that they devote their time to their looks.
Even in your example with the Knights, you judge by appearance. The Knight in Shining Armour could be wearing it for the many competitions won; the Knight in Dented Armour, for the many times he has fallen off his horse!
Beautiful people are also judged, & presumed to have no intelligence, or to judge others - can we all please learn to give everyone a chance, regardless of appearance?
Sorry to be negative, but I felt it was important to say! *hugs to all!*
Any reason why the extra "Contestants" haven't been added to the 'Standings'? I personally have the Trust Ratings for the original 4 - 100% for Aether, about 50% for all others - nothing showing under Paranoia yet, so I'm wondering what other Users have so far?
*Important Medical Note:* If you have a Nose bleed, *DON'T* tilt your head backwards (this can cause severe problems if you inhale any blood) - instead, pinch your nose (for 10 to 15 minutes), leaning forward, whilst breathing through your mouth. Use an icepack across the bridge of your Nose if possible.
*Accesibility/Disability Issues:* For those with poor eyesight/colour blindness, you may find some sections of this game to be very difficult.
I would certainly recommend playing in Easy mode, to get the cursor colour change (to Red), when over an interactive object.
*@Dev:* Enjoyed the game, but really think it needs a mode (eg. high contrast), to improve game accessibility. It would also help if, when you have finished with an item - in Easy mode - the cursor no longer changed to red on mouse-over. Many thanks for the game!!
@Greg: Seems I may have got the badge without the 'best ending'!? I had reached the correct conclusion, but had only been to 3 areas on the map, before my ending - second part marked wrong, but badge awarded...
@Lu Muja: Am playing back through again, in the hope that it wasn't meant to be quite that short!! Glad to see a game in this series back again, & congrats on the 3rd Place - tough competition this month as well!!
The badge problem has been fixed, now it will get awarded only if your reach the "good" ending... and doing so will require much more than just finishing the game, so I hope that answers your question! And thanks for your nice words!
First couple of thoughts.. needs work on Spelling/Grammar (eg. there's no such word as 'Sheeps'!). Really missing mouse-control (especially as a Disabled User - would like to see better Accessibility in all games).
Lastly, really looking forward to playing another Vasatj game!! :)
If you're having problems connecting to the game, use 'Ctrl + F5' to reload, select 'Play' again, & then use the 'Play Offline' option. Just check that your connection to Kongregate is Green (top right plug), & you should be fine to continue. As per game instructions, if you had an old Character, you will need to fight the first Boss, then load the game again (possibly as above again), to be compensated for your old Character being deleted.
Thanks for a fun, interesting, new puzzle game. Does need an 'end screen', but still 5/5 for me!
*@Dev:* Well done Darong Studio, & GilbertLeaf - a great start - looking forward to seeing more of this game, and more from this Dev!
*@Dev:* Many thanks to juicyBeast for providing the mouse/keyboard option, & many other options which I found very helpful as a Disabled player. Very good for Game Accessibility - as far as it's possible for these type of games!
Still got the Hard badge to go, but have managed to finally kill the Boss - on a Laptop touch-pad! (That took a while!)
I'm unsure if the Hard badge will be possible though!?
Maybe consider giving away free Tokens/Packs, to enable players to gain the outstanding badges in the remaining time? Also, removing the need to rely on other players to improve equipment etc. would be a massive help!
Are any guilds still running for the remaining time, & looking for badge-seeking players?
@Vasantj: Really enjoyed the game, & it included some great graphics etc!
My main issue with it would be the spelling, & grammar - the game would greatly be improved by having someone go through all of the text, to get it 100% correct - no offence meant here, just trying to help improve an already great game! :)
@Vasantj: Just a couple of errors. Amber: "My bones feel like *they need*...", & the word "withstand", needs to be replaced by "stand" (twice).
Great game so far!
oops~
