It's pretty annoying how you can have a perfect defense that slaughters everything with no trouble at all for six waves, and then through in an enemy that destroys your defense like it was nothing. This wouldn't be a problem for me if the game wasn't set up so one-to-one. For every troop you have there is an enemy that on a one-to-one basis it will defeat every time. Runners to Nailgunners. Bursters to Flaregunners. Hunters to Flamethrowers. Infected to Repulsors. But the problem with this set-up is, the first 10 waves of Day 4 are Infected, in which a defense consisting of five-to-ten Repulsors will own every time. And the Runners come in and destroy the defense in seconds. Not cool. 3/5
Really wish you could reread what the requirements for your quests were, instead of just who you got them from. If you can do this, tutorial should tell you somewhere. 1/5
An enjoyable game with lots of replay value. Could use some improvements, mainly hotkeys and a larger inventory. I usually hate this type of long, drawn-out, grinding games, but this one is nice and fun. 4/5
Road spikes and beach balls. Those just beat out demon-possessed undead orcs as my worst enemies. And I have developed an irrational hatred of pillars and birds. I still like money though.
Why does it come up and say "HIDE"? You can't hide, you aren't fast enough to outrun the enemies. Maybe a better warning would be "LOW HP" or something. "HIDE" doesn't make any sense.
