very very promising. I like what you did with this but it could use a bit of work.
1.speed control of missile otherwise it gets out of hand quick.
2. the off screen "wormhole" is unbalanced. make the physical screen size bigger but kill missiles that go to far off screen.
3. perhaps the missile doesn't take damage but always dies on impact only to be relaunched instantly.
good luck man. 3/5 for now
I feel mislead by your 3d cube illustration. this is just a crap platformer. the way you implemented jumping shows a complete lack of understanding of physics. I'm sorry but this is just sloppy.
issac newton once said "if i have jumped any further it is because i am standing on the shoulders of giants." he was talking about this game.
I like the minimalism but the mechanics are unoriginal. 4/5
blarg the physicist in me can't keep quiet!
1. being hit by an asteroid does not send you flying up.
2. conserve your momentum. if you could jump on a falling object, that object should be propelled down faster.
3. acceleration due to gravity is the same for ALL objects. you cannot out accelerate an asteroid..
there. I said it. damn that feels good. would have been better as an abstract game where the "square has to run into circles to be propelled forward"
