v=v0T-(gt^2)/2
(v=velocity, v0=initial velocity, g=gravitational acceleration(9.8),t=time).
there. thats how gravitational acceleration works.
now implement it.
also fix the gameplay and what the hell is this 8 bit monstrosity.
not a terrible adaptation of shootorial. i like the WWI biplane style and graphics.
im not going to vote though because at the end of the day this IS the shootorial just with a different symbol library. I look forward to seeing you design something original.
you managed to do something original with pac man. well done. tentative 5/5.
complaint time: It would be nice if the background helped you know which "track" you were on. several different size pac men would also be cool or perhaps find a way to work in the ghosts.
still good game.
hey man, thanks for this piece of art. people don't understand how hard it is being a white male of moderate means in an industrialized society. this really spoke to me. Its not easy to win all the time, to colonize places, to take up the white mans burden but we do it anyway. it is our god given destiny to rule the world. We cannot ignore it.
(now to sit back and wait for rage. lol nick, i get what your doing. congrats on the best troll game evar!)
this looks and feels very similar to another game i commented on. it looks like you took my advice from that comment. this still feels incomplete but its a good start and much better from what i remember. I would love to see you improve it even more. 4/5 for being a good dev.
welp. this delivered exactly what it promised.
4/5. would be 5/5 but after a while it is literally unbeatable. I'd like to think my actions can influence the outcome in life and in games.
good for its purpose but not really a kongregate thing. I suggest you try to licence it out to local grade schools for half the price of math-blaster or whatever it is they're using these days.
poor design. it takes ships a few moments to die so shooting is only effective at a distance. however to progress you need to move forward and thus can't keep your distance. this seems like the type of problem that should have been apparent if you playtested it.
