Simple to play. Simple graphics yet surprisingly fun. I enjoy the ability to reallocate skill points as needed. I also liked not having to click for each attack, just the ones that needed to be focused. Very fun little game.
Typically not a fan of platformers. I can see where this one would be fun for those who are a fan. I personally can't get the little blue guy onto the cloud with the key. I bump the cloud and fall to the spikes below. Also see no way to get him from the key to the portal once all those disappearing blocks disappear.
You can save him and do it more easily by helping him out with Topdee and putting boxes under him! (Use one box to pass the gap, and push the other box OVER the box that's already in the hole)
Very nice game. Simple concept that is easy to master. Back tracking to erase your mistakes is good. No annoying music just a simple puzzle to solve. Interesting how the brain insists on starting with one and counting up instead of skipping numbers or starting in the middle. Well done. I had to get help on levels 50,58,74,85,87,99. 6 out of 100 is pretty good for me. Good job.
Wow first time I tried I got stuck because I opened Awk's door with dynamite. Just tried again and shot the lock at the jail and got locked in with my inventory all gone. Starting to piss me off. Now I will go get a walkthrough and do it step by step. Not my favorite of the series. Too much guess work and not enough logical deduction. In addition it shouldn't be possible to make mistakes that force a start over from the beginning.
I'll take note of your feedback, thank you. That said, guesswork is part of a detective's job. AND, no mistake will ever stop you from completing the game. A wrong choice, like using the dynamite on the door or not guessing Cough's true intentions, can lead you to the bad ending even though you can finish the game anyway. That's the challenge of the game! Getting the good ending shouldn't be too easy, don't you think?
I strongly dislike games that make me accept 3rd party cookies. This creates a high risk for my computer. The game might have been fun but I now have to go clean out all the crud from the cookie jar and that is not fun.
The game saves your progress, that's all there is in the cookie. No cookies, no saving. Lots of people would hate if they were forced to play in one go. Sorry.
Can't survive long enough to find a superman cape. Too many things to keep an eye on while running that fast. Just not a fun game for me. No badge of the day today. :(
Stuck already in what may be the second area. I can't figure out a way to get over or between the tall walls. Been playing for quite a while trying over and over and now I am frustrated and not having any fun. In addition the clumsy controls needed are making my hands hurt.
If you can't see your ball under the bar at the bottom just move the mouse around where the ball is supposed to be. It will turn from the pointer to the finger and you can click the ball through the bar and it will get out of your way.
I am trying to do a competition level I think around the 16th star. The ball is at the bottom of the screen and every time I try to touch it the info bar pops up blocking it.
Once again an excellent job. Not quite as easy as the first one. Had to work a bit more to figure out the mechanics of the different spinners. Had me thinking, trying and then thinking again. Pleasantly confounding without being frustrating. Another win for puzzle lovers everywhere. 5/5
Very fun. Not excessively chatty. Figuring out what to do took a bit of thought and when I got stuck the bird was very helpful. Cute concept, well executed and I only did 16% of the conversations so there would be plenty more to do. I didn't read the comments first so I missed out on how to get the peanut. I saw it and tried a couple of things though. Like the ability to mute too. Gave it 5/5. Good job.
I have no idea what is supposed to be happening. The directions say "Tap the S key when the white circle is fully covered by the coin" I don't see any coin. I do see 3 S's that pop up in rhythm and I have tried tapping when they are should appear and that didn't seem to work. When they disappear seemed to be right but it doesn't change anything. It just keeps saying that's right keep going but it repeats over and over. I don't know what was supposed to happen but it isn't.
The concept seemed simple to figure out. Challenging beyond expectation. To be such a simple concept but requiring so much thought and planning was a pleasant surprise. I found several levels very challenging but not to the point of frustration. Simple trial and error allowed me to master them all. Not having to keep track of what I had done last time was a blessing. Very well done and not repetitive of other puzzle game. Quite unique. 5/5 I mute the music in games since I keep odd hours and the walls are extremely thin. I like having that option clear and on the first page.
There were two levels where the number of squares and circles were off. On level 35 I had to put a circle in a square spot. It worked but seemed odd to me. Still 4 our of 5. Fun game that required some thought but not enough to irritate me. Good job.
Very well done. If you get stuck you can click the clue button to see if you missed anything in the area. Nice little story line without a ton of excessive chatter. The only thing I would change is the addition of a music off choice.
Thanks :) Most people love the music, but you CAN turn it off (or lower its volume), of course: Just open the menu (press X or right click) and select Volume.
My best score is 6. I get hit from both sides at the same time and I can't keep the blue dot from getting hit. Super slow reflexes combined with lag makes this game impossible to play for me. :(
This game is extremely slow to load, change scenes and in general slow paced. It is taking me forever to get through the first 3 episodes. It was saving the 3rd chapter and sat there for several minutes before crashing. I reloaded the page and again sat waiting for it to load and when it did it started over from the beginning. I tried the link in the sidebar and that took me to a page that didn't exist. I went to the games home page and read the FAQ's. Tried the OPEN trick but that didn't do anything. I clicked the extras and it says to complete the chapters to unlock that. I have spent an hour getting to chapter 4 and I didn't find it all that fun. A novel to read and then a puzzle that didn't make much sense. Repeat 3 times and start over? I think not. Shame this was put in the Best of 2017 games.
You can save him and do it more easily by helping him out with Topdee and putting boxes under him! (Use one box to pass the gap, and push the other box OVER the box that's already in the hole)
