nice to have: abort button (which STOPS the current chain reaction)
rather than sitting there waiting for the ONE remaining turtle to bounce around for the next 2 minutes, would be nice to stop it, add a few more contraptions, and have hundreds of the buggers get you to the same point much much faster
*WARNING: possible spoilers.*
a) some of the locations are particularly hard to find. needed the walkthrough to find the casing.
b) huh? THAT's the story? and you got it from a spare bullet? and why did everything happen in the house, especially the handing-over-the-briefcase bit? who in their right mind goes to the target's house to collect the dough? and if it's not the murderer's house, why were they using the bathtub? and why *did* he take a bath with his watch on?
much more challenging than the others, mostly due to the bomb-throwing mechanics, and slightly due to the fact that you don't teleport around in the order that you need to solve things in.
but this is not necessarily a bad thing.
first hard level: splitter has gone through a wall, ended up inside the wall (an invalid area), and exited the level somewhere besides the expected exit - didn't lose a life for it, but level doesn't end when final boss is defeated, must restart :(
is this a bug? a bunch of monsters which have a weakness to Holy take 0 damage from Judgement (100% holy spell), and possibly others as well. currently looking at Giant Red Slime.
balance is nonexistent - greenjackets own. have stopped building at around wave 5, am at wave 29, have yet to take ANY damage on the last medium level (even the walls are untouched). recommendations: reduce income rate, decrease upgraded unit effectiveness, and reduce usable space, so that cheap units become at least somewhat useful and upgrading is a function of saving space rather than becoming more overkill than you already are. also slightly increase enemy HP or decrease unit damage, since slow cannons are entirely useless now even with insta-kill effect - 4 greenjackets cost 500 gold TOTAL to build (including palisades) and their killing power, range, and angle of damage is much higher than that of the grand cannon...
err... *puckle* cannon looks like rank 4 of the cannon line, but is not a direct upgrade, and in fact can be built without unlocking any of the other cannons - this is not immediately obvious. perhaps add some separators to the different categories of units?

UI bug: unit info states (e.g. for Demi Cannon) Hit Points 330/330, Attack 200, Attack Speed 8, Tier 2. the Upgrade tooltip to get it to Tier 3 claims that: Cost: 575, Tier 3, Dmg 400 (is this same as Attack?), AtkSpd 250 (this thing is NOT 30x faster!), Rng 250 (range is not shown on the original at all?)
"you can only build cannon on an empty bastion" - um, it's there, it's empty, i rotated it a few times just to make sure, still nothing... happened a few times when building culverins (but i haven't build much of anything else :) so far. annoying!
also unlocking cards a bit faster would have been nice... finished easy and medium campaigns, got 2 whole cards for my trouble? and for some reason in the middle of the campaign but not at the end... where's my reward, dammit?
some UI enhancements: 1) change the resource display - they are all the same color and in a single block, and in opposite directions for the two players so they're really hard to compare. old vertical layout was better. 2) took me 10 minutes to find how to get to the main menu. 3) what happened to goold old mouse-over-to-see-description? three clicks to see what's going on is annoying! 4) add the old ctrl+click-to-discard option, three clicks to discard = annoying.
this game needs a MAP! not necessarily an active minimap, might make things a bit TOO easy, but at least an activatable map without your position on it, so you know where X is when you need it, relative to any random objects you stumble upon, which should be revealed on said map as you find them.
while thanks for the walkthrough (without it it would never have occurred to me to switch characters for a quest!), getting Legion is proving to be an issue. i have all the listed components and both Marea and Gloria in my party, but nothing happens... off to see wtf else i'm missing, by reading through the step-by-step instructions and seeing which one i managed to not follow yet...
