If the game isn't work, ie campaign matches aren't ending and you can't do anything at the store, try playing a round of multiplayer. That fixed it for me
I was missing a master, and I found him by redoing missions that were in the same district as the tavern (logic was, I need to take the master to the tavern). It worked. Look for the mini map on the mission screen if what I'm saying doesn't make sense. Also, max eagle eye early so you don't have to spend time looking for crap. It will show you everything, even little stashes.
I wish I could play, but linux has no web player. Could you maybe compile this as a stand alone? I don't know exactly what that entails, but that seems to be the only type of linux support that Unity3d has
I'm stuck on level 4. I try to get both crystals, but as soon as I get 1, it says mission failed, that I need 2. lol! If you wait a second, I would get the second one!
I would like to repeat a trick already stated: for teams, rename your characters, ie, have the name of your first team of characters all start with aaa, second team with bbb, and so on
@vincentp: if you graduate a student, you do lose them. In case you missed it, there is a recruit button in the menu. You should get yourself a healthy population with that.
The enemy AI seems to think having everyone attack the same planet at the same time is a good thing. Basically, any map can be beat using this to your advantage. Attacking an unoccupied right off, and letting shields do the work is the obvious strategy. But, it you can keep using the strat during the match as well: just keep attacking any planet the rest of the enemies is not attacking. There should be a hard mode where there aren't any starting shields.
to get gems, you need to destroy lot's of ore, not just click a bunch, so go after ones that you can kill quick. (it's in the directions, but I didn't realize it)
