Expert tips: 1) DMG = ATK - DEF, give or take 20%. This is useful when considering restarting a turn. 2) In melee, hit % is increased by attacking from the sides or back (10% and 20% respectively), or from higher ground. 3) Enemies will always face the direction of an attack. So if you can alternate between the directions of melee attacks, I suggest you do so. 4) Quick saving before attacks helps, especially when you might miss. You'll get that Limb Breaker on Father Otis... eventually. 5) Get two units to stand diagonally of an enemy, and a corpse will almost always land in front of one unit. You can effectively "corpse" an enemy to death this way, dealing an amazing 50-60 damage for just 5 throws. 6) Shoving. Use it to line up your units for a double attack, or simply shove enemies off stairways. 7) Block stairways with 2 corpses, and your enemies can't use them. 8) Keep an eye out! Some levels have elevators, fire fountains and falling chandeliers, and may even hide additional loot.
So, I am terrible at shooting and have limited ammo, while the guards have infinite ammo and can actually hit me? Guess I must be an evil ninja in an action movie.
For the hard badge, buy Sword when you start a run. After that, use Armor to heal yourself when you get low (~1k health, ~2k as game progresses). Buy Soul if life goes ve tried. Good luck! Less than a third of people who got the medium badge stayed for hard, so if you found this useful, + so others can see
You have to try out Give Up Robot 2. It is slightly easier and it is awesome as all hell. I wish you put that one on here, dev - you'd get 4.0 rating no probs.
Welcome to Lagger King, may I take your order please? "I'd like an In Your Eyes by Verax. Hold some of the notes in place, then punish us for missing them." Would you like a medal with that? "Yes, please. Gold, but not perfect. I'd like the pain to take away, please." Okay. It'll all be over in four minutes.
My god with Level 12... I figured out how to get the big green shape through - just pull it through with the little one and then the rest is easy. But trying to get into the right orientation is so ridiculously difficult. What kind of god would make this kind of level?!
That was the hard badge. Wow, that was easy! This next impossible badge will be eas- OH MY GOD WHAT KIND OF GOD WOULD DESIGN THAT KIND OF DIFFICULTY SPIKE?!
What's even the point of invisibility? If the guards spot you they kill you, if you run out of energy because you can't get away from the guard's line of sight they kill you, and if you try to disappear during an alarm, they kill you anyway. In other words, you're a sitting duck. In the end, you use your dash button because invisibility doesn't help. This makes the game unbalanced, something that a game requiring improvisation should not be. Seriously, I would rather invisibility drain stamina as fast as dash and you at least being able to walk. Because 90% of the time you'd rather be dashing, and the other 10% it just lowers the chances of completing the "Ultimate" achievement.
I think there should be an option to remove the grid so you can see what sort of picture you're building. I mean, I don't think anyone knows what they're building half the time until they see the complete picture. But what can I say, it's pretty cool to see it all at the end and go "Oh, so THAT'S what I was building!" 5/5
Suddenly, a fat plumber with a mustache came in and crushed these effing mushrooms beneath his feet. The mushrooms didn't see it coming, because they forgot to press the "Send Wave" button.
Developer: Well well well, what is my next game going to be? Well I've already made a Pong game, how about I make another one? Except just to screw with the players, I'll make the bat spherical so the ball will slide off the bat every so often, and make it more difficult. And just to screw with them more, I'll make the bricks fly everywhere and hit the ball and bat, to make it more difficult for the ball to be distinguished from the bricks and to eff with whatever shots the player was going to make. And just to REALLY screw with them, I'll make extra balls in later levels make you lose lives, and then carry those balls over to later levels! Nailed it! Now I get to have an unfair impossible badge! And we all know only the best games have impossible badges, so I'm not going to edit the difficulty of this game in any way!
