Heh, I like that you've kept the cheat in. Stops us having to kill the goblin villages going through the game. I'm sure y'all could implement an API that detected cheat usage and nullified any high scores gained, too.
Totally luck-based, with the badge. It's clearly designed to be a stress-free, go-at-your-own-pace, non-competitive game. The badges ruin that. Still, hard badge ftw >.<
Arianwyn, torchies and frosties have appeared to me in big nests, small nests and huge nests. Try knowing what you're talking about, next time you attempt it.
The game itself is an ok Unreal Flash clone. 3/5.
The graphics, voiceovers, cutscenes and animations are appalling, so that brings it down to 2/5.
And it doesn't save occasionally, which makes it a 1/5.
There is a reason imo to not shoot.
The boss on level 6 shoots in alternating heavy-fire, light-spray...so when it's close to death (smoking heavily), you don't wanna fire during it's heavy-fire phase, or you have a good chance of being smacked down and missing the damn heart.
I agree, randomly set close/far seems a more interesting way to start. Instead of random Helene/Ashi spammers all over the place, you'd have to put a nice, well-rounded character into the front slot and play it as it comes.
