This game doesn't suck nearly as much as it should. Pretentious concept and simple gameplay mechanics is normally a recipe for trash, but this is not bad.
The percentages aren't 'gisted'; the problem is confirmation bias. You're looking for an anomaly, and the first one you see is considered proof that the percentages are wrong. Do it a thousand times and see if it's far off.
