With how you often can't afford to switch every tower to every phase, it would be nice to get a targetting setting that makes towers aim at the creature which is the nearest to the exit. The only reason I keep losing is because the towers keep aiming at things in the middle of the line instead of the one creep which is at 10% health and close to the exit - repeat that 20 times and you lose.
The game just randomly decides to stop working properly on the 18th day of December. If an action is chosen, there is no way to press anything although the upper text still shows; if one tries to travel instead, the game hangs after about an hour's of travel worth.
I... glitched. Somehow, the game decided to randomly make me invulnerable, only stopping the ship but not killing me off (I had absolutely no armour left and I got hit a lot) and instead also raising the ship a bit; also, every tie I got hit, the names of levels from the first one to the one I was in rapidly changed on the screen. I literally rolled through asteroid fields like a boss, even though it took forever. But neither the "R" button nor getting to the end helped me any - pressing "R" made the level names roll the same way they did when I was hit, and reaching the end gave me nothing at all.
I think it would be great if colour of text for "epic" items was somewhat different (cyan would do), as people who have difficulties with similar colours are going to have a hard time distinuishing between those and "perfect" items - it's not a necessity, but it would still be nice.
I just want to say that the "effects" in descriptions of equipment should be "affects" - "to affect" means "to modify" or "to change" while "to effect" means "to create" or "to build", which sort of isn't what you wanted to have.
@Rover4444: There's no Halo, because this is not about Halo. It's about the old console games that young people don't give a damn about because "uh oh, there be no good graphics". And what exactly do you have against health bars? Did someone use a health bar to hit you in the past or something?
@bonvivatone: You only get more money if you raise your score for that particular level. And believe me, it isn't really an obstacle because you can get enough money to upgrade everything by the time you unlock hard difficulty.
There should be a way to quickly increase/decrease the amount of zombies later. Clicking 200 times just to switch the type of zombies used because two late-game areas had just been reconquered is tedious.
@Prometheus720: Actually, it's not that difficult to get level 10 on every weapon, at least in the first campaign - you see, only the weapon that does the final kill gets experience, and there is one enemy in the 10th level that gives 1, or almost 1, level (killing it takes less than a minute if you have a level 10 rocket launcher, and you only need to do it 4 or 5 times with each weapon).
I don't want to be complaining senselessly, but I think a "restart fight" button would be great. Sometimes I try to fight an opponent that leaves me in a situation where it is clear I can't win, but losing the fight takes about 10 or more turns, and restarting it by getting back to the menu and reloading rolls me back to the beginning of the stage (which can be very irritating, if it happens with the last opponent on the map).
And one more minor thing - I think that the map exploration music should be slightly louder, as it is barely audible compared to the battle music and attack sounds.
Other than that, I have to say that it is a great game. And while I don't know how much time it took you to make it, I am certain that it is much more than most people would be willing to sacrifice to create anything, so its high quality is an even greater achievement.
Okay, I think this is fixed now.
