I don't know if I like this or it's predecessor Bango Boom as much. Still though, even without having to have the user constantly press keys the game is great and plays extremely well. Yet another great game from my favorite developer.
Simple reason you won't ever see a sell button implemented: the developers want to make money. If you could sell the items you get from random attacks, you would wind up making a ton of gold quickly. In doing so you screw over even more those players who actually bought the items with their own money. Buy the items if you want to get them, otherwise quit whining about not having them.
While it is true that that money would support the developers' pockets jimjim88, that doesn't mean that the game would get any updates. Blow all the money you want on the game, it won't mean squat as far as what new things get developed. Nearly every game I've played which has an item system such as this very rarely gets updated and its sole purpose is to make a ton of money. They tend not to care about the players themselves. Find a game with an item shop that actually does care about their players more than making money and show me the example and I'll change my opinion.
Eh, items kind of break the game, especially the item giving 3 builders at once. Overall a decent game, but if you're going to add any purchasable items, they should never give such a huge advantage. That said, I can understand luxury items and such, but not the speed ups, production buffs, or even resource chests. Though they do offer the chance to get the items for free with zodiac goats, they are still highly overpowered and the chance is extremely slim. Overall a great game, but as in most games of it's type, the item system brings it down.
I am also disliking the fact that the second "wave" gun shoots off screen when along the sides. For example, if I go right next to the side I'll have a single bullet come on screen while the rest all veer towards the edge.
The graphics aspect has actually been done before on a few games, but it still does take quite a bit of time to do the designs. So while not fully original, kudos on taking the time to do that. Now as far as gameplay goes, I honestly don't see anything that sets it apart from other games of it's type. Gameplay does flow a lot more smoothly compared to those other games, however the difficulty just isn't there. Overall, it's a decent game and definitely deserving of at least a 3/5.
Well then, apparently chat is bugged to the point where you can see other guilds' chats. On top of that the fame requirement for attacking is times 10, not times 5 as it says. On top of this there's server lag and a nice little bug with the map that causes buildings to randomly move or units to stay on the map when they aren't there. Honestly if you're going to play this, expect to be playing an extremely glitchy game. I've given it two weeks, but am definitely pulling out after this horrific experience.
Only can have a certain amount of mines minidayne. If you go into your castle and select kingdom then resource mines you can see how many you can capture and how many you currently hold.
awsomepunkdude, wrong. Yes, that fixes some bugs relating to the map, but there are a TON others out there. The servers lag and crash constantly, you can randomly lose troops (and refreshing does nothing), and I've been able to attack others outside of the "5 times fame" requirement, both above and below it. So yeah, just refreshing won't solve code that's broken.
The game does lag, but I wouldn't expect it to get fixed anytime soon. Numerous other bugs that are currently causing problems. That and unless you want to fork over the money, server sizes won't increase.
The game is extremely glitchy. I've seen my map just go completely spastic and randomly move my castle as I move the map. The gameplay is similar to Heroes of Might and Magic, which gives it a really good appeal. However, this just seems to be another case of a developer trying to make money off an unfinished product. I DON'T recommend spending money on this game for one reason and one reason only. This game is in beta. If it ever gets out of beta, prepare for the data to be wiped and your money to go down the drain. It just seems to me like this is a case of a developer wanting money for an unfinished product and therefore gets a 2/5 from me.
I remember doing something similar to this in my Engineering class for fun one day. Think it was called "Contraptions" or something like that. Was really fun. Great game mate.
Alright, well for those of you who can't wrap your brains around how to get the bug I was talking about earlier I'll tell you. Have an enemy walk close to a wall. Watch their gun go through the wall. Watch them shoot you...through the wall. This has happened on EVERY stage so far where an enemy had a gun. Considering they can shoot through walls like this and you CAN'T, I'm chocking that one up to a bug.
Only thing that's problematic is that enemies can shoot through walls and you can't. Just gets a tad annoying seeing shots from all sides coming at you when you're surrounded on 2 sides by walls.
Wow. Broke this game completely. Ended up somehow breaking it so that I got nonstop customers. Refresh, and I've earned a TON of money. I honestly would consider taking this down until everything's fixed. As is, though the game's playable, it's so broken that it easily gets out of hand.
First one was much better. This one I just keep seeing grenades go straight through the enemies. Physics are a tad off as well. If I hit a guy at full blast in the head with a grenade, I would expect him to topple over, not just stay completely unmoved.
