Apparently the lander is a red herring. Once you get to the moon, you need to hit space to talk to an astronaut. After that it was smooth sailing. A rather... odd ending, to say the least.
OK, I made it to the lander, it says that's my goal. Space, C and the arrow keys do nothing to interact with it and if I walk or fly away, it points me right back there and there's no tips from the game. Now what?
I'll add a 4th way to your list, Drak0n; weapons locking up for no reason just because the programmers want to be a bunch of dicks. If it was because you have to reload or the weapon overheats or something that's one thing, but for the love of Nolan Bushnell, give us some kind of sign! Don't just stop firing for 10 seconds plus just because you don't like the player.
OK, I ended up with $24 left and nothing in the vault... Can you please explain to me how I'm supposed to mine? Adding loans to this game would be nice.
If you hear the sound of metal whirring (softly), it'll be his chest opening up to reveal the weak spot, which is roughly at the level of the collapsing platforms (see when the guided missile hits for the exact height). Fire near the peak of a single jump for every one of your burst shots to score a direct hit. The "invisible projectiles" are the boss launching a mace at you. When you hear a chain unravelling (again, very soft), jump, then double jump when you're about half way to the ground and you should miss them both. Finally, when the ping animations get too close for comfort, double jump off the collapsing platforms over the boss's head to get more room. After I beat the invisible boss and could finally see it, the battle made a lot more sense. (2/2)
OK, apparently I got a weird bug which caused the boss to go invisible when it shouldn't have, because the screen scrolled too far and I ended up BEHIND the boss (flickering at the time) before it finally activated. I had everything except the regen, then after I beat it and bought the regen, it worked properly. If you get the same boss invisibility bug, it is still beatable. (1/2)
So who's claiming that this is a "5 minute" game, Jonathan? Nippa, obviously the people who get a time of 0 are hackers and should be banned from the site.
Why did zombies attack the same green area not once, but twice? Isn't the whole point of the green areas in this series that they're completely safe and the zombies CAN'T attack them?
These insane troll/moon logic games are nothing but a cancer. As if the cow dung mental contortions you have to go through aren't bad enough, having to pixel hunt the right area of what you need to click on makes it all the worse. For example, in the walkthrough where it says to "click on Reemus", it's not enough to click ANYWHERE on Reemus, you need to find the exact part of Reemus that the programmer wants you to click. Worst game design ever. Get this atrocity off this site!
