For a character who's supposed to be God, he sure is a bleeding, freaking idiot. Hey God, if we're clicking on an empty square, don't you think that might mean that we want to DRAW in it instead of erasing something that's not there? Once is bad enough, but multiple times in a row??? Come on!
When a badge is listed as "Easy", I kind of expect it to be... you know... EASY! Especially when the game itself is set to easy mode. The apparent lack of save is also a giant "freak you" to the players. How did this thing ever get badged? 1/5.
Yet another super easy "hard" badge. I'd rate this one Medium at most, thanks to the auto rapid fire. Don't worry about wasted shots here. Accuracy is irrelevant and calculated in some bizarre fashion: I got 130% accuracy on the first boss and 132% on the second. Go figure.
Holy crap! Could the pressure regulators possibly be made less user friendly? Every other game I've seen like this only expect you to click on it to get it to do what it needs to do.
Probably the worst example of sticky keys I've ever seen in a game on here, with controls getting stuck in the same direction literally for upwards of 15 seconds! Why do so many programmers here seem to think that such a cow dung mechanic is "cool"? It's really not! If you want to make your game difficult to complete, ad REAL difficulty, not this crap fake stuff.
I really don't see what's so hard about the Zombogod. All you need to do is keep your guy focused on him and trust your teammates to do what's right regarding the rest. I attacked maybe 5 zombies myself and beat him the first time I came across him and only lost 1 heart. Final upgrades: everything except for the last 2 in Airstrike. Final stats (left to right): main guy: 53444, sniper: 52434, rocketeer: 43334. No grinding needed.
Vela 5 rated 1.5 stars??? Try more like fighting Dracula in I Wanna Be The Guy! How is anyone supposed to even remotely dodge the bullets when they form a solid line across the entire screen???
While the lag during the intro is annoying, that's the only part that I've seen so far that has any. The real deal killer for me, however, is that stupid extra wide lake with all the spikes at the bottom. How are you supposed to get across that? I'm about to become The Guy (as in I Wanna Be...) very shortly, and I can't even get across that freaking lake! Seriously, guys, cut down the width of that lake by at least a quarter if you don't want people to give up on this!
Even with the heaven block, it can still be incredibly easy to lose this game. When it's generated, it comes up with the best shape, but not necessarily the best position. It always comes out left aligned, but if the left column is the highest, then it's not part of the piece generation. If you just mindlessly drop it, then you could have a huge heaven block sitting on top of a huge left row leaving you very little to play with when the new pieces are launched. If you want to give yourself an extra challenge on top of that, you could always rotate the heaven block before it lands...
It's not impossible, but it is challenging. One thing that would have been nice to know up front is that once you hit the final level, you need to go backwards through the levels collecting your past lives as you go. There are some paths you can take going forward which will make this impossible, eg. going down the middle of the hourglass. On that level, you need to follow the outside edges instead. There's a couple of other levels that are similarly painful. Just remember on your forward trip, make sure that you can travel backward through the same level exactly the same way. If you want to try something that's truly impossible, try playing some of the "I Wanna Be The Guy" fan games.
Agreed on the slowness. It would also be helpful if we knew where we're supposed to go. I would have also preferred to have a smaller game window which would fit into my browser without having to switch to full screen. I worked my way from the top left to what I figured was the bottom right only to find another part of the maze. It wasn't until I was scrolling back up after writing the first draft of this comment that I realised that the game window was a lot bigger than I thought it was.
