Not bad but bugs detract from quality. Also interface is a bit awkward, particularly the tiresome tendency to jump in slow motion. The upgrade menu also requires far more clicking than necessary.
Not bad overall, but it could use autofire. Twice, after finishing a mission, the game locked up as it returned to the map screen and failed to save my progress. That was awfully frustrating.
Looks good so far. I am interested to see what you come up with for the full game. One nice addition would be larger $ rewards at higher difficulties. Also, I encourage you to add more upgrades, both types and tiers, to the full game. If you don't it will feel more like a "level pack" than a full game, compared to this demo.
Simple, but fun and nice job on the story. The one part I disliked was having to make my initial weapon choice and its upgrade with little information to base a decision on.
Kinda cute, but it is not at all clear what determines how many round things you get after each level. Also, a reminder of the currently loaded dog's special ability would be helpful.
If there is no reason not to always hold down the fire button, you really should provide an auto-fire option. Constantly moving back and forth to pick up corpses adds little to the game. The blatant rip off of one of the weaker parts of the Matrix movies is a bit sad and unoriginal. Gets repetitive and boring quickly.
Having to collect all the little balls adds little to the game and is mostly just tiresome. To make matters worse, the level can end before they are all collected. Also, the pathing of the penguins is awfully bad. With some improvement, this could be a good game.
Kinda fun, but needs improvement. I hired 5 counselors early on and now it is taking forever to finish the game, even giving the guns away for free. The research bar keeps going, even when there is nothing left to research. Even at the maximum 200 ammo capacity, it evaluates at less than 100% magazine.
Very slow and buggy. Games based on "energy" belong on facebook, not here. This game, however, is unlikely to do well there, either, as there is nothing interesting about it.
Not bad, but it could use some improvement. You should always start the level with a fully loaded weapon. Picking up scrap metal can be frustrating, especially when the level ends before you finish collecting. Specific information about weapons should be available before choosing them. Rate of fire should be listed for all weapons.
Well if you have any ideas for upgrades, fire away, we're listening. Leigh
