If you try to move along the edge of the screen and move the mouse outside, you get stuck in place until the mouse is on screen again. Most of the time you then dash through enemies and projectiles instanly dieing.
A full flock takes up half the screen horizontaly and vertically, some planes or zeppelins fill up over 80% of the screen. This takes away any skill requirements from the game and bases it on pure luck. No matter how fast you react, the birds are to slow to dodge a huge plane that suddenly plows through the screen, you dont even have space to dodge into!
so i have to defend the humans and get a high score, but the best way to score is to let the humans get captured then take them back to earth, it gives you 2*1000 points which is equal to a 6 combo. Not sure whether the idea behind this is "high risk - high reward" or just bad design
Very nice! At first i bought and upgraded the weapons just to see how more awesome they can get, later i found it useful to switch between weapons to take on different enemies. The contracting circles which announce new enemies is something i wish to see more often, in most other games enemies can just spawn on top of you and kill you without a warning
runs awfully slow, maybe you should focus less on weather (whats the difference anyway) and flashy transitions and more on gameplay and controls. The camera should move in the other direction to show more of where you are going instead of lagging behind, sometimes you can go so fast that you go offscreen with no way to control yourself or see where you are going to. Why do people pass through rock and the fish bounces off them like a rubber ball? After completing the mission the is nothing to do for a whole minute except for the shark ocassionaly passing by, intentionaly dying should not the way to finish a mission.
in the beginning you waste all of your money recharging the battery paying around 400 for one trip while in the end comleteng 2 missions drains at most 10-20% which can be repaid with half an ore
why does my scope change on every level? Why am i always shooting two bullets at once and why do targets survive if their head is disconnected from the body?
sometimes i manage to chain together a 8-10 combo, only to kill the enemy with the first two hits and the leftover damage is wasted as well as the chain meter.
Why is the "No spell" achievement on every effing level >_< I have neither used nor upgraded any spell since level one. Its like "hey, look at all those awesome spells you can cast! Go on use them, I just wont give you this shield then, but hey, those spells are awesome!" Very, very bad design decision to inhibit players from using half of the content you created.
So many flaws to point them all out. Money is useless - starting money is enough to get the energy necessary for everything, later you get more than you can spend through races. Nothing to spend said money on - buying new ducks with no stats? Lol, you expect me to do double the grinding? Even the accesoires are useles, since i cant influence the race, i dont even need to tell me apart from other birds. The final race is a joke, why do i even need 150 of everything if i could win with 100 running and jumping each. No positive changes compared to older versions. Played for badges only.
its very hard to rotate yourself correctly, especially in a corner. Add an unpassable border and widen the visble area, so you can always stay in the center of the screen.
