Restarting a level is frustration enough. But restarting the whole game?? I think I'll spend my roll of quarters on something a little less stressful. Nicely crafted, though.
The black "Darks" have an armor that repels any damaging effect under 10. Lvl 2+ pellet towers/darts, lvl 3 squirts, and anything else that does MORE THAN 10 can hurt them. They're tough, but very slow and nowhere near undefeatable.
Great game, but 1 gripe: WAY too dark. If even just the barricade was a lighter color, I might actually be able to tell when it was being attacked. Why put a nice, yellow handle on the sledgehammers? That's what mine look like.
Don't do the "Recommended" BLINDLY!!!! Ya gotta look at what the character needs VS what the item might offer. Especially armor. Some HP Regen + Drain + Damage Reflection = Self-healing, Vampire Porcupine, FTW! Weapons you can usually follow recommends. Fav setup so far = Warrior, Cleric, Mage, Rogue. Tryin' out Conjurer and Ranger, now.
